Paiton is so fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! Also was a big hit with my kids and very patient. We love this store and we have now purchased 4 mattresses over the last twenty years.. our first, each of our children and now our new one! Fantastic company!

Just purchased my new mattress and pillows from this place today and were given such great service from Steve and Travis. Thank you guys so much with helping us through this process. I can’t wait to start sleeping better. My parents also bought some new pillows and a mattress topper for my dad’s semi which he’s excited about. We got everything for a pretty good deal too. Tim Lowery - Incredibly helpful. While at work I sent an email to a coworker asking about mattresses -within 15 minutes I got an email from Tim asking me questions about my needs. He sent me a very detailed breakdown of a dozen different mattresses in my price range along with mattress protectors (I didn't even think of that). I told him what I wanted, the next day I drove in and the staff knew who I was by my name and everything was waiting for me. Paid for everything and was out the door in 10 minutes. We had an amazing experience with Tim and Paiton. We were catered to and given a straight up sales experience with no pressure and were advised on the effectiveness of the different mattresses. We settled on a Purple mattress which is an incredible bed. Well worth checking out, a great place to shop for mattresses.

Tim was very helpful picking out our mattress. We were pretty indecisive and laid on about every floor model, but he happily answered all our questions til we found the right one. He was also understanding about our budget.

What can I say but Justin & Andy are great. We met them at a Home & Garden show in Portland back in April. Their attention to our needs & concerns plus the offer they gave us was above & beyond what a normal mattress company would do. Trust me my family has dealt with our fair share of mattress companies over the last few years. It was this customer service we received that helped us make the decision to purchase yet another mattress. Also want to give a shout out to the young man David in the Clackamas town center mall. We let him know from the start we weren't purchasing a mattress at the time but that didn't stop him for being so helpful & informative. This active military & veteran family are very impressed!
