I called and explained my problems with an existing surround sound system. Tanner was so attentive in diagnosing the problem and asked me what my final outcome wish was. He left my house and returned with a solution. I am extremely happy with how he set everything up so it is incredibly easy to access and listen to my music. I give Tanner an A+ in answering my questions and giving me answers that this 65 year old woman could understand. Thank you for your great customer service.i highly suggest this business.

I have browsed through Blue Hawk in Bismarck and admired the “artwork” hanging on the walls and the awesome selection of audio/visual they have. However, I am now in need of some equipment due to a failure of my sub in my home system that was purchased in what I would call a Big Box Store! “Never again”. I visited with Tanner Kessel about my issue and without hesitation and total professionalism he started looking for a solution to my needs. I have never visited with someone that has so much passion about the products they offer (in his case audio/visual equipment) and his knowledge is off the chain. If you are looking for quality audio/visual equipment from high-end “Harry Bosch” style or a system that is budge friendly that will knock the socks of the Box Store equipment, you have to talk to Tanner and the Blue Hawk crew. Tanner demonstrated the differences and opened my eyes to a whole new world of audio, how music is mixed in the studio and how quality equipment enhances your listening experience or as Tanner says, “it is a form of art!” Giving you an unlimited listening experience of the “Artwork” that these musicians create”. This art is limitless, timeless and ever changing and the equipment at Blue Hawk is an investment in that art that will last you a lifetime!

I Love these guys. The absolute best selection of home Audio and theater products in store and available with a fully stocked warehouse to back up their business. No big talk while waiting on an order for a product you couldnt even hear, wall to wall audio/theater systems carrying something for every ones taste style and budget.

Blue Hawk employees truly value building personal relationships with people over business. Patient and always going out of their way to demo and explain products for customers. Not once did I feel rushed into buying, and unlike some of the other local companies, they didnt try to push just 1 or 2 brands on me. Instead they sat me down in their demo room and let my ears feel the products they carry while explaining things and sharing knowledge most other companies wouldnt waste their time with. Michael Tanner and TJ at the Bismarck location are the best. They earned my business for life.

I just finished setting up my 2.1 audio system I purchased from Bluehawk with an NAD c 326bee 2.1 ch integrated amp, Elac Uni-Fi Reference bookshelf speakers, and 1 JL Audio Dominion 110 subwoofer and Analysis speaker cables and Helios sub cable. I never thought I could get big speaker sound out of bookshelf speakers without sacrificing hi-fi sound yet to sit in my living room with your eyes closed you would think you were listening to a wall of sound.

I cant wait for them to hang my 75 inch tv this Friday which will be getting a complete PSB 5.1.1 speaker setup powered by a Denon AV Receiver. Thanks for being the best and look forward to more purchases in the future!!!

I went in to Blue Hawk Audio and needed a new sound system for my vehicle. Sales associates Tanner K and Jacob Nolan were extremely helpful and ultimately Jacob set me up with a system that fit my exact needs. They took care of the installation too. Nick Kraft took care of the entire installation process. He did an amazing job! I will be returning in the future when I have another project. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

My tv in my bedroom was time for an upgrade. Blue Hawk Audio & Video was by far the most professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and they’re fast. The selection is fantastic. mounted/Installed my brand new 55” Sony 4K TV In my bedroom and replaced my 45” inch Samsung TV that was in my room prior to my daughters room to mount/install as well.
As for the installation/mounting itself, TJ and Nicholas were a pleasure to deal with. Their work was flawless and they went out of their way to answer all my questions and ensure I was happy with the final product.

Worked with Seth, he was awesome kept me informed did his research, and got the right product for me. The new dash kit and radio looks great! Retained all my factory controls and backup camera!! I would highly recommend these guys if your looking for someone who takes pride in their work and takes the time to help you out!! A friend recommended me here and I’m glad they did because the other places in town either couldn’t figure it out or didn’t even bother to call me back.

Bought a TV from Blue Hawk Audio got a great deal on it. A few months later I was having audio issues with the TV I talked to Thad and two days later he came out and replaced it for me with a new model he had in stock! Great customer service something you will never see from any of the big box stores. Will do all of my audio and video business with them in the future!

I recently bought a tv and sound bar with them and got a terrific deal. They came to my house 2 hours away and installed it less than a week later. The install was a wall mount on a granite fireplace, not an easy task. But they were up to the challenge.

I bought wireless headphones from Blue hawk audio in Bismark. The product was great and the service from the staff was very helpful. I will be going back to buy a home theature surround sound in a couple weeks.
