Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center

Our room had clearly been redone recently and was quite nice. We left some of my daughter’s special toys behind and Tiffany from the front desk mailed them to us at no cost. What service!!

Just a shout out to Kayln (the Sales & Catering manager), for always going the EXTRA mile to satisfy her clients! I have an event decorating business and have been decorating at this venue since 1995. This hotel has always been one of the best places in town to hold a wedding reception due to the size of their ballroom, available lodging and other great space like the Courtyard. Kayln has been great to work with in planning for wedding decor. She is very detailed and concerned about satisfying every couple’s wishes for a perfect wedding. She is such a pleasant young lady! The Hotel is certainly lucky to have her on their team.

We had our wedding reception and social hour here and it was a wonderful experience. Kalyn was a Godsend when came to planning. She was easy to get ahold of for questions and kept us on task for what we still needed to get done. The ballroom looked incredible and the food was amazing. The staff was incredibly nice and everyone had a great time. Would absolutely recommend!

This place is older but nice. Our room was updated, comfy, and clean. Another blanket and some more pillows would have been nice. The pool area air is thick with chlorine... but it's a neat pool area, especially for kiddos. Close to many restaurants and stores - we stopped for 1 night while traveling.

Granted the hotel is a bit dated, but you could not find a more friendly and accommodating staff, including everybody from the front desk to those who do room service, as well as anybody associated with food service. The room was very comfortable especially the bed. I could fine nothing to complain about. I stayed there for seven nights while attending a national conference, and to do some sightseeing. It is very convenient to most everything in Bismarck with some great restaurants within walking distance. The price was well worth it.

Taking into consideration how short staffed it was, we enjoyed our time here. The room was nice and clean. The kids had a blast and every employee I ran into was wearing a smile and was very helpful. I would recommend staying here with your kids. They will enjoy themselves!

Great place to host a wedding venue. The waterside park is great for the kids. I loved the social courtyard area before the dinner. Drinks were reasonable. My favorite was the BEST popovers I had at our table for dinner. Fabulous!

Stayed here with a few friends recently. The hotel conveniently located near downtown Bismarck and we really enjoyed our time here! The rooms and pool area were clean- very kid friendly also. Jakob was our front desk receptionist and he was very friendly and helpful and made the check in process very easy.

I own Harmon Entertainment, which is a wedding DJ company that does over 500 events a year. Recently, I was the DJ for one of my employees(another DJ) at the Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center. Kayln was my contact and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She communicated with me in a timely manner when we made last minute changes (dinner start time) and even gave me her cell phone to help communicate the day of. If you are thinking of having your wedding reception at the Bismarck Hotel I would highly recommend doing it. The space and acoustics are perfect for an epic party, the food was great, and Kayln will make sure everything goes smoothly on your big day.

It's been a year or more since we stayed at Bismarck Hotel. Because it was nasty. Now, What a difference!! Pool area looks new. Totally cleaned up and painted. Rooms remodeled. Staff was fast, helpful and friendly. Very impressive. We will be back soon. Thank you Bismarck Hotel.

Kaylynn was the go to for our recent wedding. She was a great communicator. Any questions I had she was able to answer. She went above and beyond to make sure food, tables and anything else needed was taken care of. I highly recommend her and the center. Fabulous food and bartenders were fantastic

The staff here was so excellent! Front desk gals were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as easy and homey as possible. They were great to my kids and treated them as their own. What a great place to stay. And a great swimming pool and comfy beds!

My trip to this hotel was very pleasing and the service at the front desk was amazing thanks to Jakob!! The check in process was very smooth and there were zero problems with my stay. If you need a room for a night in Bismarck this is the perfect place to stay!

Had our daughter's wedding reception there. I can't say enough how pleased we were with the accommodations for our out of town guests and the room reception was in was perfect. The food was the best I have ever had at this location. Did not get one complaint from anyone who attended. Would highly recommend this establishment for anyone getting married.

Gotta give it 5 stars for the people working there and especially the shuttle driver. Wow how nice that he really helped us. Rooms are just ok and dated. There are nicer places at lower price but for kids or a shopping trip it is good. Pool is nice for kids but was so full that we only let them swim for a short time. Location is great and nickels bar was good.

We LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! We own a large Mercedes van and often get interrogated about it when we stay at hotels. Here, checkin was easy!
They didn’t give us grief for having a big vehicle or inquire fifty times how many people were staying.
It was so refreshing, welcoming and the clerk was so great! We have kids so he gave us a pool side room, there were little tables out by the pool so we could eat with our family instead of being all cramped in the room. The water slide is great and the baby pool area was perfect! The pool area was fun for the whole family! Even my husband and I had fun on the slide!!! There were these little fence things we could hang the kids’ towels on so they didn’t use a million towels. However, when they ran out, the staff was so great and brought new pool towels right away! It was so peaceful and quiet! Rooms were average but had all we needed. Great location, there’s lots of food options, target, the mall, and a grocery store nearby! It was so relaxing we didn’t want to leave!!!

I loved the comfort of my room. While checking in the young man Jakob at the front desk was very kind and helpful! I recommend staying here.

This hotel is extremely nice and beautiful, and their pool and restaurant is amazing as well. It's also convenient for if you want to have a bite somewhere else, because there's plenty of other places to eat at around the area too.

Great place, however. Was not allowed to check in early without having to pay an early check-in fee. The room was ready and I was there half an hour early.
