Best counter serve Mexican food I’ve had in a long time! I ordered 3 tacos and almost couldn’t finish them. Excellent portion sizes and flavorful food. The salsa bar had at least 4 types of salsa, picked veggies and limes. This will be my new go-to Mexican food 👍🏻👍🏻

Get the hot cheeto burrito! It's my favorite. The hot cheeto steak fries were ok but they forgot the hot cheetos!! Lol smh.
My wife liked the bean tosada. She said she would definitely get it again. The churros were cooked fresh just wish we had something to dip them in. Oh we also bought 2 horchatas and they were delicious.

Definitely would recommend trying this restaurant.

I have been coming to this location for years, and it's my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in the Independence area. The owners and employees are always very sweet and never fail to get your order 100% correct. Food comes out quickly and always hot. They deserve so much business ♡

Oh loved how even though it was front counter ordering and it seemed like there were only 2 people there working our food came out in a timely manner. The food was great, I wasn't so crazy about the pina colada. There were boths and tables available and they are open until late which I love!

LOVE this place! The food is so flavorful. We use the drive-thru a lot, or order take-out. The tortas are yummy, the tacos are yummy, the burritos taste great, the staff is really friendly, and they have a lot of salsa options.

I came here for lunch and it was great. There was no real waiting, the food portions were great. The parking lot is open. The bathroom was clean. Overall a great experience!

I wanted fast authentic Mexican and I got that and more! Portions were awesome, the food was fresh and soooo good. Everything was homeade including the tortillas, sour cream, and salsa! Will definitely be driving an hour for this authentic mexican in missouri!

I've been stopping by the drive thru here for several months whenever I'm in the area for work. The food is always delicious. I especially like the chili rellenos. Today I came inside and was greeted by a kind woman who offered to explain anything, give ideas. I had a marinated pork taco and a shrimp one. I ordered rice and beans too which were delicious but it was a lot of food. So yummy! I need a nap now.i also.live the salsa bar inside.

I love this place!! We have 3 Mexican restaurants in our town. I like them all for different reasons. This place has the BEST BREAKFAST BURRITOS!! I probably eat 2 a week. They are extremely consistent. Always good! My 2nd favorite is their Chicken Enchilada. Yummy. The sauce is good and the chicken is always tender. I seen a couple of Karen's making reviews so I just had to try to tell everyone the food is good. They are set up like a fast food restaurant. They will not go to your table and wait on you. Which is fine with me but just trying to warn some.

Not an understatement, I eat breakfast here almost every day! All of their breakfast burritos are amazing. The potatoes might be a little undercooked for some, but just ask them to cook them a little longer and you'll be right as rain. Portions are large and prices are good. One taco is about $3 but they are huge and full of meat. No skimping here. Give them a try! Everything I've had here has been fresh and hot, not too mention delicious!

I eat at Rancheros (now Ranchos) 3 times or more per week for 6 months now. Cannot complain one bit. I love the California burrito and the Shredded Chicken Hard Shell tacos over everything. Best Avocado Salsa in town too!

1st visit. Was pleasantly surprised and more than I expected. Burrito was very big and tasted great. The salsa bar was balanced with hot, medium, and mild sauces. They were helpful in placing our order and asked appropriate questions to make sure our order was correct. We will be back!

Literally the cleanest restaurant I've been in in the KC area, delicious authentic Mexican food with great Verde sauce. If you have the dreaded cilantro soap gene skip the pico but the guacamole is safe!
