This Pharmacy goes the extra mile! When I call with questions, they always have the answer or are more than willing to get the answer. I live out of town but when seeing a Doctor in Bismarck, this Pharmacy is definitely my go to.

The lady's that helped me were very helpful and nice and knew their stuff. Went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my medicine covered by my insurance even though I went unprepared.

While visiting from Canada for my Father’s funeral I had need of COVID tests. The pharmacy staff were professional and friendly.

Additionally, I discovered that they were the pharmacy my senior parents used and met their delivery person. He was friendly and professional. Very personable.

I love that my Mother has access to this delivery service and such caring and professional staff.

Staff is always friendly, helpful, genuine, and knowledgeable. They practice great customer service which is why I choose them as my pharmacy. However, I no longer live in North Dakota but my medications are sent to me by mail in another state. No matter what the circumstance of their busy pharmacy; they accommodate to people's needs, and they do it with a smile. Thank you Gateway Pharmacy! :)

I went to pick up a prescription that was very expensive even after insurance. The discount coupon my doctor had given me didn't work for whatever reason. The team at the pharmacy worked to get the discount applied. Their efforts are saving me over $130 each month on my copays. Thank you for putting in extra effort on my behalf.
