Quality Inn Bismarck

Rooms were good quality of the average type room. Service was lacking in experience but, they accomplished everything nessesary with only a slight bit of patience needed.
Location was very convenient in the middle of town.
And the pools were very surprising. We knew there was a pool. But, were happily surprised by there being a small warm pool, a hot tub, and a larger swimming pool that is kept at a very reasonable temperature. No need to stand on the edge of the shallow end to slowly get used to it.
And they even have rooms that are at direct access to the pool?? Amazing.

Front desk Lady named Sam was so kind and went beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my 3 boys. All under 5 years. They provided a crib, shuttle service and a drink token all complementary. The price was very affordable and the room was very nice. I recommend this stay for anyone.

We found the place very accommodating and friendly. The check in process was seamless, and the desk reception was professional. It was quiet, the breakfast was truly a gem, and the beds and room were very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have access to guest needs such as comb, toothbrush, and etc. due to this being an unexpected stay over in town.

The rooms are priced according to the area. The lounge is a great place to wet your whistle. They also have gaming if you wanna try your luck in PullTabs, E-Tabs, and Blackjack.

I would like to give your housekeepers a big thank you. They were the friendliest that I have come across at any hotel here in Bismarck. And very prompt and genuinely good at what they had to do. So thank you to the housekeepers for making my stay in this hotel a very great experience. Keep up the good work your awesome. God bless everyone working in this hotel to make it such a great place to want to come back too. And thank you to weekend breakfast lady she was awesome too. My best to all of you and happy holidays to you all and your family's.

These are the folks that should take over red roof in and comfort inn dickinson as well as the motel 6. Straight up lovely clean place. Contagious smiley staff. I love it

My experience over 6 nights. Clean, comfortable and incredible hospitality. I felt like I could hang out in the lobby on the comfortable furniture and visit with strangers. I did. They became fast friends. Shout out to Charmaine and her rock star staff!

Overall excellent experience staying here. Hotel staff was very friendly, approachable, and able to make our stay better. The front desk manager was available as well to assist with our questions about our stay. The facility isn’t an over the top resort but everything is very clean and well maintained. The two rooms our group had were clean. The pool and hot tub area is indoors, a major plus, was well kept. Morning breakfast bar was well stocked and fresh food was provided. The shuttle to the airport is straightforward but exactly what you need to get to airport. Consider this place for your next travels to Bismarck.

I was pleased with our stay. The condition was better than some other places I have been. The front desk personnel was good. It was pretty quiet up on the 3rd floor. I'd stay there again

Staff is very nice! Comfy beds and great pillows. Location is very easy in and out. Several eateries within walking distance. This is our stop on east west trips. Thank you Quality Inn!

It was my first time staying here and I am giving 5 stars because the ladies who work here were kind, helpful and made me feel comfortable when I arrived.
The hotel bed was comfy!
There was a pool!
It was close to the interstate!

The reason why I chose this hotel in the first place over the Marriott brands was because it was the only place in town that had an airport shuttle. So I went with this property and wasn't disappointed.
The welcome beverage tickets are fantastic I just couldn't believe it. I got down to the lounge area and it was a great atmosphere! I was actually shocked and told the waitress and bartender that this is way exceeded my expectations! The fried food and drinks were good and a great price. After dining went back to my room and had a very comfortable bed. Overall stay was fantastic and I will be definitely coming back to this property.

We are repeat visitors. we are always pleased with the comfort of our rooms. My husband is unable to sleep on a bed and appreciate the recliners in the rooms. there was Ample space for my husband's walker in the room and in the bathroom. The location is perfect as it is close to the retirement home where my mother resides. We are always very pleased with the breakfast selections.

Hot breakfast! Clean rooms! Amazing front desk that actually answered questions and got things handled! Large pool area with two hot tubs. Small arcade. Casino bar with electronic pull tabs and strong drinks I hear (I don't drink lol) Pet friendly.

We stayed while traveling back home to Alabama from Glacier National Park. We arrived fairly late in the evening and the desk manager was super friendly and accommodating although he had 2 phone lines ringing and his shuttle dispatch radio was broadcasting. He upgraded us to a King room because of the distractions, although they didn't bother me at all - he was going his job and doing it well. The room was huge! Very clean and well supplied with all the amenities. The bed was pretty comfortable and the breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, breads for toasting, oatmeal with add ins, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffees, etc. I highly recommend!

Great hotel. The check in clerk was very nice, informative, and told me all the amenities the hotel had, which were alot. Free breakfast was very, very good. Hot eggs, sausage, and waffles, plus all the other items you find in other hotels. My room was so nice, quiet, very comfortable mattress, and all around great room. Oh almost forgot...they have a nice bar in the hotel and they give you a free drink card if you desire. Staying in Bismarck? This is the hotel.

I have stayed in 17 hotels in the last 20 days (including the Hilton ) this was by far the best hotel i stayed at in my whole trip!
It had everything we needed! 5 stars for sure.

The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. I had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. They served a full hot/,cold breakfast which was very good. No other motels I have been to lately serves any type of breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it my friends and family. The staff was also very friendly.

I have stayed here once before, don't usually review a lot but this is a great place to stay. Staff is excellent, hot breakfast is great and they keep it stocked well. Rooms are nice. However, Darlene at the front desk is the magic touch to this place with her kindness and caring.

Yesterday I made a post thinking the housekeepers were dishonest and took an item I thought I had left in my room. Well....I am apologizing to everyone at Quality Inn. I found it buried under stuff in my car. I was very rude to the front desk lady. I honestly didn't remember taking it to my car. When I found it, I called this lady back and apologized to her. I am sorry to everyone that works there. I really like this place. Very friendly staff and a comfortable room. I stay there every three weeks and love it. Again, I am sorry for being the way I was over this ordeal
