Literally, the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. The food actually looked like the picture and tasted better than other places I've been. Very courteous employees. Definitely recommend!

I always thoroughly enjoy having a quick late supper. Even though I'm trying not to eat as much as I used to I still can't help but getting a couple double cheeseburgers. The line was fast and professional. I don't think I've ever had a crabby staff member of this location. I was driving my little white car which is really lower so they even take the time to make sure that they can hand me the food properly.

I order through their app most the time and it’s nice to just tell them a code and keep the line moving. They are fast at getting your food out to you and my order is almost always correct. And the rewards program that you can take advantage of by using the app is fairly generous.

Kind of a bummer if you don't use the app you stand there for quite a while waiting for someone to help you. Strange no everyone wants to deal with AI.

Got to get my Frappe with 2 shots of expresso. So good everytime.

I doordash and this right now is by far the best McDonald's I go to they are fast and friendly and work hard. Great people as well. The one over by Tyler parkway is great as well. This one is the top dog right now in Bismarck the one in Mandan is fantastic as well. McDonald's honestly has raised the bar for what fastfood should be from customer service to speed and execution. Great job.

Went for breakfast today 11-21-2021 and I have to say the drive through employees were 100% on point!! There was a line of about 4-5 cars on each side and total from pulling into line to getting my food was maybe 5 minutes at most. The girl at the first window was super sweet (even though she was freezing cold from the wind) and my order was hot, fresh and completely right. Will definitely be going there again if I’m the area.

Mcdonald's atmosphere is so depressing. It's like watching the energetic artistic kid you grew up with get shoved into a desk job with crippling debt just going through the motions. Superior service, good food. Cheer up McDonald's, we're here for you.

One of the best Mcdonald's I've been to! Kind, helpful staff, quick service, fresh food, beautifully updated dining room, and there were no mistakes on my order. Easily 5/5.

I've been to alot of mcdonald's over the country but I must say that this particular one had hands down the BEST double quarter pounder I've ever tasted. The meat was tender and juicy and they didn't skimp on the veggies. The staff was also very friendly, they treated you as if you were an old adored high school friend. Overall it was great. Highly recommended 👌👍👏💯🙌

The drive through is so fast, even when it looks busy I get through in 4 to 5 minutes. And the large iced caramel coffee at $2 is hard to beat! Plus get a free coffee every 5 coffee purchases using the App.

We went through drive through a few days before and staff were struggling that evening. When we went in today I was expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly staff and they got everything correct. The restroom was also clean.

Quick and easy drive thru, they've got it nailed down!

2/16/21, 3:10 P.M. — There was a slight mix up with my meal, crew went wayyy way up and over to help and make sure I was taken care of. This location literally never fails, 1/100 times they made a mistake and seriously that 1 mistake they compensated for it and I could tell they all realllly cared about make everything right. This crew need a raise for real, all of them.. there was so many of them concerned I got my order correct

This location is one of the best ones I've been too. They're almost always consistent with order accuracy and friendly staff. I moved back up here a year ago and visit about twice a week. They've messed up one coffee in all the times I've ordered. Not too shabby for a fast food place!

Only giving it 5 stars because the manager at this particular location was AMAZING! He was especially kind, patient and HELPFUL! Not to mention he was pumping up his crew and boosting the employee morale. Fast service.
Food is obviously McDonalds so nothing too extraordinary there, you get what you pay for but out of all of the McDonalds' in the Bismarck/Mandan area the manager and crew at this location is not comparable because they were all amazing. Never been to a fast food restaurant that had an entire staff of great hard friendly workers! You guys rock!
