Absolutely loved this place. Stopped by for lunch bc I needed a coffee. Got a vanilla latte which was delicious. Ordered a pizza for lunch and it was phenomenal. I don't even like pizza that much but their white pizza, the uptown, is amazing. Perfect crust 👌🏻. I got the uptown and my lunch partner got a half Mushroom, half pepperoni and said they were both perfect.

Very delicious thin crust New York style pizza with interesting toppings! I should have tried the gelato because the tiramisu was just ok. But pizza was amazing! And perfect size for one person.

A warm greeting the moment we walked through the door, a relaxed comfortable atmosphere, and some of the best pizza I have had. Everything from the moment we walked in until we left was absolutely amazing. An unexpected gem. Immaculate vibes. 10/10 would recommend.

i love this place. they do get busy, and a server called out, so there was only one person taking orders and running food. But the food is worth waiting, and service is great and doesn't feel rushed.

we took our three year old and he talked to everyone within chatting distance. staff was very kind and patient.

i do wish their menu had pictures of each pizza with the description. They're beautiful and super tasty - the shroom is my regular order here, and the goddess salad is both fresh and delicious.

Passing through and read on Google and trip advisor that this is one of the best pizza places in the area. Well the pies that we had was very delicious. Nice and crispy. The service was outstanding. Their ovens are around 900°F. Their pizzas are 12 inches Neapolitan style. They make their dough from scratch daily fermenting at least 48 hours

Went on a road trip threw North Dakota, and no offense to NODAK, but this is the best thing in the whole state 😂. Amazing authentic Italian pizza. Great drink selection. Great location. 10/10.

I only ever end up in Bismarck for work but every time I do, I make it a point to visit here. What a pleasant surprise to find a gem like this place out here. The pizzas are made-to-order in a stone oven, giving them a very nice char, and topped with fresh, simple, and high quality ingredients. Oh, and they're delicious. The staff are all very friendly and the service is quick. The shop is cozy and well-kept. Leaves nothing else to be desired.

Fun little stop for a quick study/work area during the afternoon on a weekday. Staff was incredibly friendly and the dining area was very clean. Cinnamon gelato and affogato was perfect on a warm end-of-summer day.

We tried 🔥 Fireflour for dinner this evening. Their Pizzas 🍕 were fantastic! So delicious!! The crust, the sauce, the toppings wow!!! The side salad 🥗 was fresh & crisp with nuts, & veggies. Dessert choices were fresh made huge cookies & sorbet!! They have special favors each night available. Wonderful!

We had to ask if the pizzas came with meat, the descriptions all looked vegetarian (they do). The combinations and ingredients baffled us a little, too many that kinda sounded like the same thing. Finally we just picked the one that had ingredients we recognized and it was sooooo good, if I could remember the name, I'd highly recommend.
We shared a tiramisu, also delicious. Mine coffee was good, my husband took a sip of his and didn't continue (I don't want to repeat what he said. This is where the one star was lost for the food.)

My husband and I stopped by for dinner with family and were not disappointed! We tried the Ono and the Daisy and both were marvelous! The crust is phenomenal and the toppings seem carefully curated for the best experience. The gelato is also excellent. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area! Thank you for outstanding service and magnificent food!

Probably the best thing crust pizza I've had in Bismarck. They have some tasty and unique options, yet were great in accommodating my picky child who won't eat anything but traditional cheese pizza. They even split the pizza in half so I could enjoy the pizza as well.

Awesome pizza!!! Best fired pizza I've had in ages, crust and toppings were super delicious. toppings were very unique. Don't let the menu options scare you, I have a feeling all their ingredients are top notch. Really. Really. Really good pizza!!

The oven brick pizza taste so fresh and better , reminds me of the pizzas in Middle East . All taste so natural , authentic , fresh .
We had the Americano pizza and it doesn’t have a complicated taste. Tho I like it complicated when it plays with my tastebuds . 😊❤
They don’t have so much selection of any meals or snacks , more on just pizza , a bit of drinks and gelato . Tried the PB Oreo gelato and it’s ok. Could have been more fabulous if they have the Salt Caramel 😁 but it’s not available .

I like the Al fresco ambience . Where we just enjoy the fresh air, chill and people watch 😊 .

The server is very nice and friendly , so tipped her good . 😊

Bismarck is incredibly lucky to have a place like this. Fresh and unique ingredients feature on these Neapolitan style pizzas. You can't go wrong with whatever you pick. You shouldn't be expecting your chain style pizza here but that's a good thing. Their beer, wine, and coffee selection really rounds out the experience nicely. Be sure to check out the homemade gelato for dessert. In current times, getting this pizza to go is definitely an easy option.

Walking down the road to the restaurant, your attention is immediately captured by the intoxicating aroma that is Fireflour. It is small in size, but don't be misled by that. As you open the door, the smell wafts over you wrapping you in a pizza heaven! I seriously wish I could bottle that smell! The staff was amazingly friendly. We enjoyed the conversations we shared with them and their character. We had the olives, which I didn't photograph but, they were hands down the best olives we've ever had! They still have the pits in them so be diligent when biting in. As for the pizza, it is thin crust but not overly crispy. It still chewy and soft with the perfect amount of crunch. The flavor is what you search for in every slice you bite into. It's tangy, savory, robust, and tantalizing. We got a white pizza and a red pizza (only photographed the red, silly me!) We regret nothing. They were both phenomenal. It's a 3.5 hour drive to Bismarck from where we live but it's worth the drive to be able to enjoy a pie or two from here again. 10 out of 10 we fully recommend!

GREAT coffee. They use Dogwood. Also, the atmosphere and customer service is incredible!!! They have great dairy free options and even an incredible Gluten Free brownie!!! (Haven’t even had the pizza but it looks and smells amazing- they said they even have Gluten free options!)

A simple, contemporary pizzeria with an exciting menu. The wood fire oven gives the pizza a distinct texture that can't be found anywhere in Bismarck. Great for date night, lunch with a friend, or a sit down spot for a quick drink with a surprising amount of choices both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

900 degree stone fired pizza with unique custom house creations we haven't ever seen before.

Our team was happy we chose the locally owned Fireflour Pizzeria on our stop in Bismarck. The 3 of us would most certainly go again!

Easily one of my favorite restaurants in ND. The food is awesome - obviously freshly prepared from fresh ingredients. The servers are always friendly and helpful. The pizzas can take awhile when its busy but certainly worth the wait. Don't miss the gelato - the salted caramel is especially good.
