One of my absolute favorite restaurants in North dakota, a must stop whenever in Bismark. The atmosphere, menu options, and staff are amazing. They always recommend a good wine paring, and I can never leave without a caramel cinnamon roll to go!

Had an Americano that doesn’t need to be made great…it is. Avocado toast on English muffin bread was perfect —- even had a great talk with the owner’s Dad. How’s that for some cool small business stuff.

I walked into gluten-free heaven !!! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the place is spotless. Fantastic, thank you. Also, with 48 hrs notice, they will bake a loaf of gluten-free bread!!!!

We had such a delightful dinner here with super friendly staff. The chef also stopped by to greet us and talk about the menu and ingredients. That was so appreciated and awesome how much care goes into each ingredient and entree. The bakery bar took it to the next level! Thank you so much for the variety and including gluten free desserts. The cranberry white chocolate bar was the best! Definitely coming back!

Consistently good coffee and wine, a variety of baked goods (including gluten free and vegan), and friendly owners and staff. Plus the atmosphere is great from morning well into the evening! Love their patio space in warm months too!

Great service, food, and atmosphere. I special order my favorite cheese from there and they always get it in a timely manner. And the staff are well trained and very professional. Well done!

Servers were awesome. Arugula salad and lobster 🦞 pasta were awesome.

I love the free and easy style of this place. It feels like Europe, with the full display of delicious gourmet baked goods right up front. All delicious! The food is spectacular; the walleyed I had yesterday was done to perfection; deep-fried, but with a light and not oily crust, laid on a bed of greens with a lovely sauce. The only problem for me is that I am still hungry for more! Portions are a tad small; I think that’s intended to help you reach for a dessert! The coffee is just fair, being very acidic, but all else is awesome! Oh, and points given with each purchase do help a lot!

Anima Cucina has arguably the best coffee in town. Pair that with a delicious brunch menu it makes for a great morning out. Then the wine and Italian deli cuisine makes this place stand out as an evening option. They have several tables outside for a nice street-side eating option (indoor pictures taken in the before-time).

One of our favorite places to eat in Bismarck when we visit! Excellent coffee drinks, brunch menu on weekends, and lunch sandwiches. They have booths and tables. I wish we lived closer.

This place has really good food. The people are friendly and hot. They also have an awesome open mic every other week!

I absolutely love coming here to sit and enjoy a cup with a loved one or just to pick up. The coffee and food is some of the best in the area. Have to try their miel!

Great selection of wines and cheeses, not at all something that I expected to find in downtown Bismarck, North Dakota. Their menu is somewhat pricey of you're going for a meal, but is perfect if you're wanting to sample a wide array of meats or cheeses. They do also offer a selection of vegan meats and cheeses, which was appreciated by one of the people in our group.

One of our favorite places to go anytime we come through Bismarck. Great choice of authentic charcuterie and cheese boards, plus nice selection of pastas.

Pretty yummy cheese board and delicious tiramisu! The adult Mac and cheese I ate so fast I forgot to take a photo. It has a little kick to it so beware!

Interesting menu. Fish entree was the best walleye I've had in ND, believe it or not. Great all-in-one location with coffee and pastries too. Friendly staff. Save room for dessert, you'll not regret it.

The atmosphere is is great, whether that be for brunch/coffee, or wine and cheese. Definitely a sweet little place to go to in town if you want to treat yourself to something a little fancy.

Such a nice lunch. We had the adult Mac& cheese. Very tasty with quick friendly service. We come here weekly, highly recommended

Dogwood coffee brought be back to Minneapolis right in the heart of Bismarck. Great atmosphere and tasty food!

We had a lovely time at Anima Cucina. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the food was fresh and tasty. We sat outside under an umbrella while we enjoyed our lunch and beverages. Anima Cucina is a wonderful lunch (and coffee, dinner, and wine) option in Bismarck!
