Bullards is so great! I love the work they do, the communication they have with their customers, and their app that lets you know what needs done. Ryan is such an awesome guy to deal when it comes to updates and such. The owner is friendly and will take time just to talk to you. Bullards is the best all around and I’ll never go to another auto shop! Thank you Bullards!

Went to Bullard for rear break pads and rotors. They did fast and efficient service and gave accurate quotes that didn't break the bank! Cory was very kind, professional, and honest. Would definitely recommend Bullard for your car care needs.

The team there is very professional. They were able to get me in quickly, diagnose and fix my issue quickly as well. The owner is really cool guy, and he picked me up when the car was done. Cody called with pricing and updates frequently, which was nice.

Really good people here. My daughter's Explorer had a tensioner pully going bad. They repaired it quickly. Then another issue popped up a couple days later. They were extremely understanding and helped us get it towed back to the shop for the second repair. Her dad and I live an hour away and worked with them over the phone. I get anxious that she might scammed or mistreated being young, alone and inexperienced with car repairs. They were honest, patient, kind and not only eased her anxiety but, ours too! I highly recommend this repair shop if you need a car repair in Independence. Exceptional customer service!

Bullard Auto is my go to for my auto needs from now on. They are fast, reasonably priced and transparent. Great company and doesn’t hurt that they will transport if you live under 5 miles! Awesome bonus!

I’ve used Bullards for our oil changes. If I have a concern, they check it for me at no charge. Always friendly and professional. They seem to be more concerned about being good to their customers than just collecting another dollar to put in their pocket. I’m so glad I found them.

Once again, these guys came through for me. Today is Thursday the 21st of December, 2023.
My car would not start and I was
stranded, miles from home.
I had my car towed to Bullard Automotive and spoke with Cory.
He was able to diagnose the problem with a car and my car got out the same day!
That's the kind of service that you can't find anymore. They even drove to my house to pick me up to bring me back to pick up my car.
If you're tired of paying the exorbitant prices that dealerships charge, give Bullard Automotive a call! You'll be very glad you did!
Let me tell you, these guys know what they're doing and they're reasonably priced as well! I'd made the mistake of going to a different car repair place awhile back, who told me I needed an engine swap on my car. I knew that was totally wrong. When I took my car to the guys over at Bullard, they found out the problems and fixed my car like it was running new again for way less than the previous quote I'd received. This is a great business I feel that I can trust. Professionalism, honesty, reasonable pricing and a friendly, helpful staff. If you're looking to get your car fixed properly and at a very reasonable price, look no further. These guys are the real deal! Kudos to all of you at Bullard Automotive!!!!!

They kept in contact with me the whole time. I have only drove it home for now but it drove pretty good.

Was told by another mechanic that I would need all four brake pads replaced and new rotors. I decided to get this done at Bullard. I dropped off my car and a couple hours later they called me to tell me that my brakes all looked fine. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism they displayed by not trying to oversell me. They'll certainly have my business from this point forward and I'll be telling my friends about them.

What another company was going to charge me $1300 to fix, Bullard charged me less than $300 and got me fully back on the road with no issues. The service was friendly and informative and kept me up to date about all the ongoing issues and fixes being done. My only gripe is there were a few times I called and they said they were “looking at it today” when they weren’t in fact looking at it that day. But even though it took longer than expected, everything works. And that’s really all you can ask for.

Went to have my brakes done they were very honest with me and told me brakes were still good.Have done business with them for awhile and have always been happy.
