A friend of mine was told to use them. She has very little money and needed an alternator. They quoted her a great price using good part from NAPA. Since she didn't have a ride home they drove her back home and were willing to pick her up the next day when the van was done. That is customer care and service. Every body says they care but at R&S they actually did. Thank you for your help.

Went here for vehicle inspection and they had me in and out in less then 30 minutes no problems with these guys . Might be my new go to spot for inspections.

I can only say I was completely satisfied with the entire process from 1st phone call & explanation of what would be needed to complete this complex repair.
My 2013 Ford Escape needed a differential & 2 axles, the biggest repair I have ever attempted.
After giving Joey the owner $1900 cash, I am now driving a 2013 Ford with 200K miles on it, that rides like a newer car.
I so glad I trusted them, it was my first time using them. There shop is literally designed to handle anything.
Will use them again & recommend them in the mean time.

They are great they take their time I am autistic and they listen they even let me show them they always fix me and explain they are so different from anywhere else been going to them for over 10 years now so hell yes everyone should go there.

My family has been going to R&S for a while. I made my first visit today. Fast, friendly & efficient. There was no BS or trying to convince me that I needed anything other than what I came for. Every customer I spoke with spoke very highly of the owner & his business. This will definitely be a shop I am comfortable bringing more of my business to. Great job guys!
