Found my shoes in the right size.

Large selection of women's shoes, IF you wear a size 9 or smaller. Little to no women's dress shoes in 10 size or larger (no 10 1/2 dress shoes...at all). Employee suggested that I order them. If you have a larger foot, save yourself a trip to the store. I went to Shoe Carnival and found want I needed.

My husband and I arrived to famous foot wear when we first got their a lady stopped us at the door for my mask which I forgot at home so i asked for a disposable one and she said they ran out. She then said it was okay to come in and shop and just to social distance as we did then we were looking at shoes and I randomly had to use the bathroom so I went have anyone ever had to use the bathroom mid shopping? Well that's what happened I went and was quick well as I was washing my hands the lady had the nerve to knock again to tell me the same thing she had already told me which was I couldn't use the rest room which I heard her but was already done my bad anyway when I came out she decided to yell at me and so I yelled back at her and she tried to continue arguing repeating herself which is very unprofessional if you don't let customers use the rest rooms keep the doors locked at all times plain and simple I will not shop this location again until they train their employees properly.

honestly shoes are okay. store manager seemed really off it. my husband and i did NOT enjoy being around her and she made me not wanna buy my shoes

Big waste of time went in there to see the doc martens ended up not finding what I want but found a clearance sandal because of course it's getting colder employee accused me of swapping them or something very rude one employee said yes they are on sale for that price and the other said no because she was the one who rudely followed me around the store watching me try on shoes just go to shoe carnival better selection and the employee aren't rude the shoes are normally cheap and sometimes cheaper but will definently give it to you for the price they are on the box without sass can't get ahold of customer service even to complain must be because everyone has complaints hope this store closes down

I went to this store to look for snow boots and there was one other customer besides me in the store and two associates working in the store. Neither associate said hello to me. That is poor customer service. I walked out of the store and will shop elsewhere.

Decent place for shoes for women and children, but that's it. For men, Wal-Mart close by has better options and prices and now that I think of it, maybe for women and children too
