I'm sorry. I come from a police family. Both my parents have worked law enforcement somewhere at some point in their life and I very much back the blue. Bismarck police are an absolute JOKE. You call them for help and they never show up or they literally just drive by and watch and just drive away. Absolutely disgusting. I do not feel safe with calling Bismarck police and will not bother anymore after I was in an accident and they didn't come for 40 minutes. I called them back and they FORGOT! I was ok, but nobody ever did show up. If you are in trouble call a friend, the pizza guy, or really any one. They'll help you before Bismarck police will.
