Customer Experience and connection is everything! Mark is really honest, easy going and genuinely cares about people. Car shopping is nerve wrecking. I always felt like car dealers were either trying to over sell something or they were being condescending. Community Auto sells more than cars. They are community relationship builders. My husband and I sat down with Mark, crunched some numbers and we were able to walk out with a car, through in-house financing, that fit our budget and family need. After we paid off our car Mark made good on his promise (that if we were faithful with the payments he would get us in with a finance company next go around that would build our credit) and we got our second car through Community Auto. I highly recommend them! If the pictures online aren't showing what you need, give them a call and set up a time to go talk with Mark. He's so helpful! He's like the favorite Uncle you never knew you had! LOL .... but most of all Mark gives good people a chance.

My experience with Mark was a welcome breath of fresh air. He completed two transactions in under an hour. Contrast that to our experience with a large dealership two months ago where it took 8 hours to complete a simple transaction. Mark is a solid guy who will do his best to treat you well.

My daughter bought a car from Mark and she couldn't be happier. When she discovered that the car she was looking at needed a new timing belt Mark had it fixed for $100 (her mechanic quoted it as a $500+ fix) and he absorbed the rest of the cost.
