Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport, an IHG Hotel

Just stayed here for the second time within 6 months. If the hotel continues to have staff like Martha and Tekeisha, I will stay here every time I'm in St. Louis. Both were kind, professional, and welcoming. My room was very clean, and comfortable. The location was good for getting from place to place.

Christopher at the front desk is probably the nicest front desk individual I’ve ever come across. Full of passion for his job, unbelievably friendly, and willing to go above and beyond for his guests. Management, take note of this fella, he deserves the world. I did not catch the fellas name but the early morning breakfast server who I found out is from Peru. Super nice guy and again, one of the nicest fellas to have a conversation with. Keep these two individuals happy and you will make a fantastic hotel.

Great location; close to the airport and everything I needed. Service was exemplary - the whole staff was responsive and took great care of us. The rooms were pristine. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an excellent experience. I reserved a junior suite to accommodate my 100 year old aunts birthday celebration. Justin and Jessica in sales were exceptionally helpful in the planning process. Actually throughout our visit the entire staff were very professional and accommodating. There would be only one recommendation for the hotel in regards to the TV….there is no guide. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay,

Shuttle service took us right to our dropp off point for our flight with plenty of time to spare.

Used points to only pay $91 for a great room in a posh hotel close to the airport. Beautiful 4 story lobby with glass elevators, water features, waterfalls, ponds, plants and bridges. The only drawback was 4 complimentary computers, printer were not loading so I couldn't print a much needed document before we left. Office staff couldn't get them to work either. Didn't have time to wait for engineering to fix them.

Incredible experience! The staff made this an awesome hotel to spend an unplanned night due to a flight diversion. The airport shuttle drivers were friendly and drove safely - they never picked up the phone when I called to ask about it but it came within 20 min. The check in staff (especially the front office manager) were efficient and friendly in dealing with the long line. Rates were very reasonable but I luckily got a southwest hotel voucher. Room was clean and comfortable, if a little worn down. The market in the lobby was well stocked. The common areas are super cool and spacious. The only issue I encountered was that all the hallways and common areas smelled like pool chemicals but that’s mostly due to the atrium.

Very nice hotel. My sister and I shared a room, and our air was messed up, but at least it was working, just maybe a little too good. Lol. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They forgot to bring us up more wash clothes, but we managed. They also have a shuttle that takes you to the airport, which is amazing.

Tioni at the front desk greeted me and through the stay made sure I had everything I needed. This is the type of Crowne Plaza service we all know and love. The rooms are lovely and quiet. Keurig in the room is always a plus. The pillows were ok, but I like feather pillows and they're hard to find nowadays. The bartender was very nice and I was able to order my food there and bring it upstairs. The salmon was great as was my salad. The only complaint I had was that housekeeping must have had a late checkout in my room because all the dirty linens were right outside my door. I was honestly surprised that they were still there at midnight. Otherwise I even had a nice view outside my room of the indoor pool and lovely decorative structure. My service dog loves the glass elevator, too! Thanks for a wonderful stay and thank you, Tioni, for your kind words when I found out my brother passed away right at the end of your shift. Sandy and I love the Crowne Plaza. We will be back when we work in St Louis again.

All the staff we have met have been awesome. Gave us great recommendations and even offered us some sample pizza. Rooms were clean and nice. Pool was a little cloudy so we did not use it. View was noce as well

Love staying here, close to the highway and what I come into town for. Rooms are big and spacious and love the open lobby area.

Absolutely awesome hotel!!! This place is so cool. The glass pyramid style ceiling is really interesting, the indoor lobby area is HUGE as well. If you're here for work and need to study or work on a project, there's TONS of room inside the lobby. Pick a nice table or study booth and enjoy the jazz and ambience.

The service is amazing, the room service is amazing, the location is near the airport but also near several restaurants and stores. Def one of my favorite hotels of all time!!

My brothers came in town tonight. We initially had a reservation at a different hotel. However, we had to make changes and called Crowne Plaza around 1am. Sandra answered our call. She was so polite and professional. She arranged for the shuttle to pick up my brothers, and she was patient with us as well. I want to give a huge shout-out to Sandra and the shuttle driver. Thanks so much for assisting us tonight!

My room on the 6th floor was clean, water hot for shower.

Breakfast all 3 mornings were really good and a great selection of food.

Everything was great. My only complaint is my stay was too short! :-)
Great location, right off the highway. Clean room, comfy bed, blackout curtains (a must), pleasant staff, nice amenities (free breakfast!), security-patrolled parking lot. 5 stars all around!

Great assistance and welcome when Southwest canceled flight......rebooking for 24 hours later. Such a comfortable room and bed and bath. Such welcoming staff front desk, shuttle. Close to airport.

Chris helped us at check in and had a great personality! He is so well suited as a trainer for customer experience!! We travel alot for business and his service stands out in such a great way. Thanks for making this a great trip!
