Chad is an awesome car salesman. I bought my very first car from him back in 2014. I was a little nervous because I had little to no car knowledge & I was afraid he would take advantage of me, especially me being only 19 years old at the time. He gave me great advice & led me every step of the way. If you're looking for your first car or even just another car, visit Approved Auto & ask for Chad. You won't be disappointed.

The BEST USED CAR experience I have EVER had, was at APPROVED AUTO KC, (you know "Where Workin' Folks Buyyy for Less!" the guy with the whiskey stained voice used to say)! I used to only go the big dealerships for cars but, in the end, after the horrible financing rates and extra charges that they would sneak in, it always seemed that I would have just been better off just buying a brand new car! The employees at Approved Auto are wonderful and aren't like any other car sales people I have EVER encountered! They are funny and friendly and actually seem to have a genuine Love and interest in automobiles and NOT screwing people and they took it as a personal challenge to get me the best deal possible. My credit is just okay at best but, I'm already a member of a credit union (Mazuma) so, when I first went car shopping, I felt pretty good to be "pre-approved" (with a 9% interest rate) from Mazuma so, when I showed up at Approved Auto ready to buy a car (RIGHT NOW!!!), the sales people at Approved Auto took an extra moment to get me a much lower 6% interest rate FROM MY OWN CREDIT UNION MAZUMA, and then, were then able to get me an even lower 2.99% interest rate from another great local Credit Union (Unity One Credit Union)!!! They could have easily just taken my blank check from Mazuma Credit Union and let me live with the 9% interest rate, (that I was already happy with) and I would have been none the wiser but, since they took the time to explore all of my options, my payments went from (what would have been) about $310 a month to a ridiculously low 149 a month!! Hell for that price, I could have purchased TWO cars (and Credit unions will actually allow for one person to have 2 car loans I learned in the process)!! All this because the people at Approved Auto actually gave a "S" about their clientele and weren't interested in letting their customers get hosed like everyone else does. That is just crazy! I left there almost giddy and felt a little silly for not having tried them before now, and their "Where Workin' Folks Buyyy for Less," slogan was right on!!! And on top of all that, the cars they had there were AMAZING and were just as advertised, being "One Owner" and "Zero Accident" cars which, all had CAR FAXES to confirm all that they offered and were all "NON-SMOKER"which, I thought was great because, I have asthma and absolutely cant stand that old stale smoke smell (I can still smell it no matter how much cheap air fresheners you try and use)! Anyways, If you are wealthy or just don't care what kinda quality car you buy or what kind of deal you get then do like I USED TO DO and just go anywhere but, if you are like the rest of us and cant afford to buy a new car every year and don't want to be paying on a car years after it has died, then you need to check out these guys at Approved Auto KC. You'll see what I mean!

They close at 5 on saturdays, not 7 like online says... Barely got there and they are closed. Kind of annoyed since I took the day off work.
