Wow what a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is the best. Extremely responsive and fast. I am more than satisfied with the level of service this Boutique offers. I will be shopping again with them in the future. I am located in CA.

If I could give 1M stars, I would! The service was EXCEPTIONAL. I am a Canadian, who really wanted a pair of Hey Dudes MSB was offering. Sometimes it's hard for us to get US apparel shipped. The website wouldn't accept my address or credit card, so I chanced it and sent an email asking if they would be interested in shipping to Canada. Not even 10 minutes later did I got a response! Ragan told me that she would look into what shipping would cost and make it happen for me. We were on the phone back and forth a few times to accept payment and their system wasn't having it. Megan made some calls and got set up to accept Canadian credit cards. My shoes will be shipped out tomorrow, but not before each gal in the store tried a pair on, making sure they gave me the right advice for sizing. I mean come on! No one does that! Customer service is 10/10 and if I'm ever in Missouri, I will be going directly to their store to thank them in person! I so appreciated you all today.

Hands down this boutique is absolutely amazing! The owner and her staff could not have been more helpful and caring in our last minute homecoming crisis. They have sizes from kids to teens from size 0 to size 3x, women's and men's clothing,shoes and much more!! It is definitely a must stop and shop!!!

Went into this store for some Hey dudes only and started looking at jeans. I’ve struggled lately finding any jeans to buy and to know what size I need because depending on a brand it’s all different sizes. I had given up on finding good jeans that fit good until yesterday. Oh my gosh they went above and beyond to find me jeans that fit and fit amazing!!!!! In under 30 minutes I was able to find 2 pairs of jeans and they fit perfect!! Thank you so much for all your help! Definitely my go to store from now on.

What an unbelievable experience. There is customer service at this store that cant be found in America anymore. Not only did they go out of their way to send me pictures and size match from across the US, but then when there was an issue with a return they went out of their way to find the money issue and be certain my money was returned. I would send anyone I know here!!! Absolutely amazing and the Blue Hey Dudes are great!
