Thank you Oswald Bros Auto Repair. Professional, polite, efficient and eager to help is how I describe these folks. Plus the bill was way under expected. I recommend this auto repair shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to get their automobile worked on. I will go nowhere else.

These guys were awesome. No pressure... Heather understood that I ran into a similar problem with my truck that just needed a spark plug changed (fingers crossed it's not anything else). They did exactly that and my truck is running smooth again. Great price too, thanks!

Quick, affordable service! They fixed a problem that was present when I took it to another shop. The other guys I formed me of the expensive jobs that I'll want to take care of "down the road", but did not address the obvious problem that cost less than $200 to fix & kept my car from breaking down. I'll definitely go back to Oswald Brothers again.

The Oswald Brothers are great guys. The band van broke down outside Bismark on a Sunday night. I called in and spoke to Terry at 7:30 am Monday. He said "Bring it in! We have a bay open." His brother helped me out, changing both sets of front bearings and we were back on the road by 11:15 am. Fair pricing and open communication, great repair shop. Shop rate $110/hr as of 5/23.

I've continued using the services here at Oswald Brothers for other work on my vehicle and I'm not disappointed. Time and again, they offer good turnaround time, fair prices, and...here's the big thing...they stand behind their work. Not every shop does, but Terry at Oswald Brothers is as honest as they come. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle to them any time, and if you want a hassle-free experience, give them a shot.

I've used Oswald Brothers multiple times for different vehicles at the recommendation of a friend, who's also a longtime customer of theirs. Each time I've brought my vehicle in, I was quoted a fair and reasonable amount, which they stuck to. The work is done in a timely manner, done well, and I'm always treated kindly by the staff. Even though I'm a bit of a DIYer, I have no problem going to them when I'm short on time or in over my head because I'm confident I'll have a positive experience. This might sound like a paid review but you can rest assured that I'm just a happy, satisfied customer!

I contacted several tire stores across Bismarck. Oswald brothers quoted 200 dollars under the next lowest Quote. I scheduled an appointment for 8 a.m. They had the car up on the rack by 7.54 and done in about an hour. The staff are professional, friendly and prompt. Not only did I get a fantastic price but also free rotation of tires for the life of the tires. Recommend taking all of your automotive repairs to Oswald Brothers.

My car had an oil change, freon replaced, plus repair of the hose of the right windshield washer. Service Manager was excellent, explaining the services initially & my car was finished in no time @ all! Office Manager was efficient & friendly. Have been using their services for years because they provide reliable, reasonably-priced maintenance for all of my vehicle(s).

Staff was very understanding of what needed to be repaired and communicated well with the customer. Impressed with service efficiency and accuracy, As well as cost! Highly recommend them.

I would recommend taking your vehicle to Oswald Brothers. They were kind, respectful and honest. I have very limited knowledge of cars and engines, but they were able to explain my car's problem clearly and multiple recommendations to fix it. When they finished, they stuck with the original price they estimated. I'll definitely go back next time my car needs a checkup!

I have been going to Oswald for several years now for mechanical work. I feel real comfortable with them telling me the truth. Last 2 times have been very pleased in them finding out the problems I have had on mine and my daughters vehicle. They did one job on my vehicle that was nearly $400 dollars lower than a dealership. Just saying for those who think they are expensive, you get quality work and its not as expensive as you think if you check around. Oswald Brother Repair is the place to go.

Absolutely amazing people! I stopped there on a road trip for a cylinder misfire and they said they only had time to do diagnostics but ended up going to mandan for a part to help me get back on the road. 100 out of 10 will always reccomend them to anybody

I came in with a very expensive potential problem with my acadia. Even though I expressed what I thought was the problem, which would've been around 3 to 6 Grand to fix; I left with a bill of $145 and my car running great. So thankful for their honesty. Terry Oswald even accepted a hug from me!! And I cannot say enough for the office manager, Heather, who kept me calm throughout the wait of the news! Highly Recommend!!

I went into my drivetrain vibration problems thinking that I needed new clutch/flywheel on my classic truck. Rick and Terry checked things out and it ended up that I only needed new hanger bearing and u joints. They saved me a lot of money. We've always been happy with Oswald Brothers. Thanks guys!

I have gone to Oswald for about 16 years for most of my automotive needs. They have always been a cut above the rest and by that I mean honest. They will always tell you what the cost will be before hand and try to get your vehicle back to you ASAP. Their Courtesy Van will take you home or to work while your vehicle is being worked on. I highly recommend them to family, friends, and the public. This is a fine local establishment that can't be beat!

Friendly, fast and great customer service. Had my radiator replaced and my brakes and rotors and they got me in last minute and had it done within two days. Very reasonable prices too

Needed work done on my truck. They did it super quick for a super affordable price. I completely recommend coming here if you need work done. Just look out for booking probably a few days out.
