Kimberly is the best appraiser I’ve ever dealt with. She was on time for the appointment, very professional, polite, thorough, and very respectful of my home. Kim assured me that she took the appraisal very serious and would take as much time as needed to ensure that the appraisal was accurate. I ordered the appraisal because I’m going through a divorce and will be required to either give my ex half of the equity of the home, or sell it. Kim was very sensitive to the circumstances and conducted herself with nothing but the upmost professionalism, courteousness, kindness, & excellence in the job I hired her to do. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good appraiser who will give an honest, accurate estimate of their home.

Kim Williams quickly responded to my initial inquiry, answered my questions, and set an appointment to appraise my property. The appraisal process was thoroughly conducted with pictures and measurements of all rooms. A secure report was then sent to me, via email, ahead of schedule.
