Please inform me if this is not the correct branch but my experience with this agency and it's practices is completely unsatisfactory. First I had to argue with the claims rep about her giving her insured party only 50% liability on an accident that he caused. They finally agreed to take 70% but then they failed to inform me until the last minute (4 o'clock pm) that I could get a rental car they would reimburse me for so at this point I've gone 8 or 9 days without a vehicle. Secondly no one from this office ever followed up with me not one time to give me the necessary next step in my claim. Not only did I have to make all of the phone calls to get anything done but they are proven to be at fault and instead of calling me to set up a time to have my vehicle inspected by the adjuster they send an email. Who does that? If you have any integrity at all you would make this process go as quickly as possible not just make extra work for yourself which is inconveniencing to me, the claimant. I still have yet to receive my check and it's been three weeks since the accident and the adjuster was here 5 days ago.

Doesn't answer phone calls during business hours . Less than helpful when I finally did get a hold of agent. Never had these issues with any other agent before.
