I went to Blue Ridge Auto after seeing a great ad of a truck they had in inventory online. My experience there was great. Everybody I worked with seemed to be honest and truthful. Brooks, who initially started me out, was a really cool guy. He was personable and helpful in the whole process. I then asked to speak with his boss, so I ended up doing business with Darin. Darin was the sales manager there and was very firm, yet fair. When we finally came to an agreement, they were very patient and professional while waiting for me to get all my necessary stuff together on my end. Overall great experience, walked out feeling like a couple of longtime friends helped me purchase a great vehicle at a great price.

I have been looking for a truck for over a week and I stopped by here today and talked with one of their salesmen, Brook. I looked at a Chevy truck they had for sale and took it for a test drive. I really like this truck, they gave me a great price on it and a great price on my trade-in. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had and I'm very glad I did business with them and I'm very pleased with the overall experience.

Robert was great! So were the managers and all the staff! My husband & I saw a car we liked, and when Robert brought us the key to test drive, the alternator was rattling, and everyone jumped right on getting it fixed before we bought it so we would have a great car. We will definitely look here again when we're searching for another vehicle!

Several months ago, my fiancé and I were in the market for a good family vehicle. We had been at the lot a few different times looking for a good fit. Every time we looked, we were greeted by Kent. We actually gave Kent our phone number and a specific list of what we wanted in our vehicle. As soon as a car came in on a trade in that fit exactly what we wanted, Kent called us up, and we went to check it out. We actually ended up with a 2005 Malibu that had been very well taken care. We have had no issues with any part of the vehicle. The entire process of dealing with Kent and his manager Darin was effortless(given our specific list), easy, and pleasant! Will definitely be back in the future to give another obviously attainable check list to these guys! Thanks again!

Beyond great customer service. Cody was great in showing us the car we saw online. They even loaned us the car for the afternoon for the other two places we had planned to test drive a car. We kind of feel bad that we did not buy a car here, although we really were impressed with just about everything. We just needed to go with a little bit bigger vehicle that was not on their lot. We definitely recommend making this place to include in anyone's search.

Daren gave me a great deal. I wrecked my old car and needed something quick. Low payments on a great, new car when my credit was really not very great. I've had it for about four months now. No problems. Went back this last weekend and got a free oil change.
