Zack sold me a Chevy Cruz. Very honest individual. A lot of used/new car dealers you will find are dishonest. Zack is a rare breed when it comes to dealers and dealerships. No used car is perfect but some people expect that. Zack sets his standards above most used car lots. It was a pleasure working with Zach to buy our new truck. He was very friendly and made us feel at ease with the whole process. He really went above and beyond getting the truck ready for us and expedited the process for us (getting an inspection, etc) since he knew we wanted to take it in a trip out of town. He made sure that we knew everything was above board and showed us the price we agreed on written on the paperwork before we signed anything. He made sure to get our insurance information before issuing a temp tag. Zach is an honest person and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything at any point in the process. Zach is a great guy and I feel like we made a new friend as a bonus along with getting a new truck!

Zach (owner) was super friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. He let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted, and even take it to my mechanic to look over (very clean bill of health). He has a lot of nice cars on the lot in different price ranges. I feel like I got a great deal, and the purchase was easy and hassle free. Even though it's 40 min away from me, I'll definitely go back when I need another car. Overall great experience!

Visited this place trying to find a used car for a friend. Zack (owner) showed us several cars until we found one that we liked & fits our budget. The pre-purchase vehicle inspection showed up a few faults, Zack had them fixed & handed the vehicle to us for the same price he quoted before. Great costumer service on a whole, he understands what the customers are actually looking for, his honesty & transparency on pricing are what that amazed me the most. I purchased my 2011 Equinox about 4 months ago and I love it! It runs great and looks awesome. It was a repo and the paper work stated as such. Zach is very honest and reasonably priced. He will work with you and your needs. My mom purchased an Accent from him about 9 months ago and it is running fine-no problems. Prime Automotive LLC. is not open on Sundays.

Nicest "salesman" we've met. Honesty as soon as we showed up. The car we were looking at hadn't been detailed/inspected yet. I was surprised to not be hassled, rushed, or even asked to talk numbers after our test drive. They simply took our info down as we requested and said they'd give us a call as soon as it was ready to get our final thoughts on the car. Regardless of this deal, we will surely look to them for any future needs as well.
