I had a very good experience with Wanted Autos. After my husband passed i was in need of a reliable vehicle. They treated me with respect and dignity and did not belittle me as a woman as most car dealers do. I have never had a problem with my vehicle, but i expect that if I do, I know these professional gentlemen will definitely help me. I would definitely buy another vehicle at Wanted Autos.

The guys at Wanted Autos, LLC really bent over backwards to help me get the truck I needed to pull my fifthwheel RV. I needed a one ton diesel truck with a backseat and a long bed, and they delivered! I was able to buy a truck well under budget, at near wholesale. They took it to Ford and got the recall work done and made sure that everything was fixed to pass inspection. I was working with them from out of town, so they smoothed the way for me to come in first to test drive it one evening and then pick it up another day. The day I took delivery, they even took care of my dog for me while I went to Costco to get a new set of tires! They were patient with my questions and gave me advice on how to take care of a diesel truck because this was my first one. The truck may not have been perfectly "detailed" before I bought it, but for the price I paid I could certainly clean up the interior a bit! I am a very satisfied customer and already referred a good friend to buy her truck there too.

Staff was awesome. There was some jerk customer in there though.

I called to inquire about a Buick they had and spoke with a gentlemen there and called the number they had on Craigslist. The number in Craigslist was to a DAVE BANKSON. The gentleman that I spoke to at the lot was nice and told me to go online and complete an application, I told him that I would and we hung up. I Dave calls me about 5 mins after asking if I had called him about a car. I told him that I had but I had already spoken with someone at the lot and I would be putting an application in online. Now I like the car, I already have a truck but I was thinking about getting a second car so I was not in a rush so I really wasnt In a rush to put in an application so i didn't put one in. Now later in the evening of that day Dave called me that let me know he hadn't received my application. I told him okay if work on it. Early the next day at 7 am he text me to tell me he still hadn't received my application, later that day he emailed me about my application. The second day he called me and texted me about my application so much soy hat I decided to actually complete an application. I put the application In and he called me later that day to tell me he got me approved but the terms was something that I didn't like so I told him I didn't really need a car and did not want to proceed as I didn't like the terms. He said okay and the said it wasnt his fault that my credit got me the terms from the bank and that he really wasn't worried about it. It made me mad however, I just said okay and we got off the phone the next day he emails me a bogus email about how there were a ton of red flags on my credit and I would need several forms of ID to get a loan any way and he certainly didn't want to to business with a person with compliance issues. I called and and asked him what the was talking about but and told him I just receive a signature loan for 9k with no problems. He Began to talk over me a fuss and hung up in my face. I called him back repeatedly until he answer where I spouted out some unkind sentiment over whatever he was tryin to say before he hung up on me again. Then he text me some ignorant words.... DAVE is not very business professional and o would never do business with him. He will harass you to make a sale and if you don't proceed he will attempt to belittle you and continue to harass you afterwards. I Would never do business with this company and suggest that you didn't either.

do not buy your car from here. Sold me a 2004 Jeep Liberty and the tail light was out, a reverse light was out, an o2 censor needed to be replaced and my transmission needs to be fully replaced and the car can not be driven. the car looks like its been in a hurricane with rust on the wheels and under the seats. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I called 3 times and left 2 voicemails to schedule an inspection. My calls were never returned, so I dropped by and was referred to other places to get an inspection.
