She gave me so many options and even told me if I didn't have all the money she will work with me and also have financing.. I just bought a 2007 Pontiac g6 and it's fully loaded and very nice! I am so excited because this is my very 1st car I own and didn't have payments... Saleema also informed me if anything went wrong, I am welcomed to come back and she will make sure it's fixed! My vehicle stopped working and I needed a replacement quickly. The vehicle I purchased is clean, reliable, and was priced right.

Very unprofessional employees. I saw a vehicle posted on Facebook Marketplace for sale with the number to call and the location. Called them today and I was not impressed with the phone conversation. The man greets me with "Hello?!" and does not introduce the business. I ask if a particular vehicle is available on the lot and he says it is a personal car. When I confirm that it is not for sale, he then switches back to the vehicle being parked in their garage and it IS available. I ask if they are open until 7pm, which are the hours on Google, and he says he left early for the day and I could see the vehicle on Monday. At that point, I'm just not interested. I would not trust this place at all, especially when it comes to large purchases and financing those purchases.

I have previously purchased one vehicle from Saleema Sears was very professional, great customer service, and offered several options for financing. She also has some cash cars available for a reasonable price! If you are looking for an honest used car dealership ask for Saleema & mention my name for great service.

I came to buy a Honda Civic I saw on the app let go, when I first showed up there was no one there because everyone was at lunch which was no big deal, when someone got there the man offered me some water for waiting in the heat which was nice but the salesman was pretty sketchy and admitted to being a professional drinker in front of his little kids then some other guy who I couldn’t even tell works there talked about smoking pot. To say the least they were not professional in the least. I took the car for a test drive and everything seemed fine, the salesman ranted on and on about how great of a car it was and how good it runs. then the same night I buy the car I take it on my first drive and the car emedietly over heats. I check the coolant and it is bone dry, I fill up the coolant and within 40 miles of driving the coolant is all gone again and the over heating happens again, later to find there is a head gasket leak which is a huge repair and 2 cylinders are misfiring and all of these things happened the day after I bought the car! I call the dealership and tell them and the salesman instantly said oh it’s such a good car bla bla bla but makes it clear he is not responsible for anything after the car leaves the lot, but that he would at least take a look at it for me because he used to be a mechanic although I would never trust him with anything I own. I couldn’t even drive the car back to the dealership because of all these problems, I message the person I talked to on Let go right when the problems happened and she said come by so the mechanic/ salesman who is very sketch can at least take a look at the car so later in the day when I found out what was really wrong with the car I messaged her to let her know how serious it was and she just straight up blocked me. So I could not leave a bad review. I will personally find every way I can online to tell others my experience there so they do not make the same mistake to go to such an un reputable dealership

Absolute worst an most unprofessional experience of my life, I bought a 06 Chevy Monte Carlo from this place not even two weeks ago, I stressed to the man that I needed a reliable car because I had 2 jobs, he told me the car was in great condition and that it is one of the best cars they had on the lot, I test drove the car and it drove fine, the day after I went to the store and the car cut off on me as soon as I pulled off i called the man on monday an told him what was going on he said bring it up there I did but of course it didn't cut off when I took it up there, he jst drove it and said it was the mounts, but I knew it was something more. And as soon and I left and leave to go to work,boom the car cuts off, this is three days in, I took it too the Chevy dealership to get fixed and simply tell the sales man what was going on with the car and he goes to the dealership and requested my car back because he kept my title I didn't get it which he lied to me about when I was getting it I didn't even sign it nor was I riding with legal document at this time I should of been had my title, and he got the car out of the dealership didn't wanna do business with me so I was out of money and a car just because I wanted to get it fixed right I guess I really don't know I even called the police they were no help the salesman was drinking right out in the open while doing business, even offered me a drink. I. the long run they're just out to get your money they are unprofessional. I don't believe none of their cars are reliable. I would not recommend this place to nobody, ever. They are a rip off, waste of time and jst pure headaches

I've never done business with this establishment before today..the 2 reviews I read on line were positive & the messaging I had been doing with an employee regarding a specific vehicle went well so I decided to go take a look at & test drive said vehicle..I've NEVER had such an UNPROFESSIONAL experience in my life! I drive almost 30min out there, THEN waited another 20-25min for the salesman to return all for him to assume I was alone (I wasnt..had someone waiting in my truck) therefore, wouldnt be purchasing a car today so he wasnt in a position to let me test drive it..Yes, he actually said this to me! I let him know that was very presumptuous of him! Little did he know, I had the $2,600 IN CASH for that vehicle I was there for..I was ready to buy...but obviously NOT from here!! I got into my vehicle & left 😠😠 Will NEVER consider this car lot again!!

Never go here. Spend your money somewhere else to save you tons of stress. Bought an 02 accord and checked out nice with mechanic. Next day wouldnt start blown head gasket all kinds of other problems. Called him back. Not my problem he said so please dont be another victim.
