Farmers Insurance - J Robert Atkins

I have been w/Farmers for 1 year. Insurance went up a LOT upon renewal. I was very unhappy with my other agent so I walked into J Robert Atkins Agency and asked for their help. Robert sat with me and went over all my current policies with Farmers. Was able to change some things and lower my premiums a little and changed agents. This agency experience is miles above the other one. Thank you Robert and your 2 office assistants for you very kind, attentive and professional help!

Mr Atkins will converse over the phone or person and EXPLAIN the insurance and coverage. I just established my insurance coverage for a new house, Mr. Atkins searched for the best coverage for my new situation. Found me better coverage at lesser price. That is always a POSITIVE.

Robert and Sheila are very accommodating to their clients. During the Covid 19 pandemic, they have gone out of their way to ensure the safety of their customers. April 2, 2020 I had a vehicle stolen. Within 3 weeks I received a check for the value of the pick up. Robert Atkins, my Farmers agent, represented me professionally. The claims agent gave me a good value for my loss.
Several years ago we had hail damage to our roof; When the agent inspected he found that two storm windows were also broken and included them in his estimate.'. I value the quality representation I experience when a need arises.
