Raytown License Office

This location had good signage telling customers where to go. They also had good traffic control where to line up. The lady you first met who provided help and information very good. Then the lady at the drivers license booth was very polite and attentive.This office is much better managed than the Independence office in my opinion. Good job Raytown! I am sure you get tough customers. DMV can be stressful to all. Good job again. Thank you for your help and customer service with common sense signs.

Had an hour wait but It was OK. It was the last day of the month, so that's to be expected. The system was going down, but the clerks kept their cool. Their customer service were great, and it was definitely a plus to have someone to assist you as soon as you walked through the door. I've been coming to this location for years, and I can truly say this was my best experience...Okayyyy!!!

Got a state ID card and the lady was just wonderful!🙂

Went out of her way to make sure I got a legal state ID. card!

Even the lady at the door, streamlined my paperwork, sent me to the super nice woman at the ID desk, and I was in there...no more than TWENTY MINUTES!!

They got it RIGHT in that place. I was thinking at least an hour or more!!!

Had to come in this morning to title a new car and update my address on my drivers license. Interacted with 4 women there and all were kind and helpful-not a long wait either! Thank you for helping me today!!

Went in to get my license renewed. They were fast and friendly! Great experience!

The person "checking documents" is a game changer! This has made the process so much easier! The staff are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The changes that have been made are definitely positive and noticeable. I won't go to another location. Extremely satisfied!

The staff at this center exhibit professionalism in their work. They are very helpful and fast. Very friendly and compassionate people. A special shout out to Ms. Tamara for her services. She is always on the look out for stranded people and get them the help they need. Nice place to be.

The ladies are all super sweet and helpful, I only needed a replacement ID but I was there for a total of maybe 20 minutes. I was worried because of some of the reviews claiming the employees were rude and unwilling to help, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I will definitely be making this my go to location for future needs.

First time going to this DMV since the reopening. I’ve heard a lot of good things since they reopened so I decided I would give it another chance. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a very nice lady, she made sure I had all of the documentation I needed before waiting in line. While waiting for my ticket number to be called I noticed they were well staffed and all of the employees were very nice and friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

Easy to work with. In and out quickly. Much better than what it used to be like.

I've had to visit here 3 times over the past week and each visit has been great. Low wait time, especially on the car licensing side. Very helpful and friendly staff. I really appreciate the way they have someone to check you in and verify you have all the necessary paperwork. It's such a smart idea!

The ladies were so nice. It didn't take long and they made it so easy. Love the lady that makes sure you have every thing before you get up to the window.

Hands-down the fastest & most efficient DMV I have ever visited (or even heard of). I'm almost in shock! Needed a Missouri driver's license and was in and out in less than half an hour. Plus, the staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful :)

I just wanted to say that today was absolutely the best DMV experience I've ever had. They were friendly, fast, and professional.

No appointment, got in about number 10 in line about 3:30PM and was helped by their very efficient staff to get my Real ID, driver's license.
