I love coming to this location. I barber for a living so when I feel like experimenting with color Sara is always very knowledgeable and willing to help! She’s so kind and explains things in a way that is very informative without making you feel dumb. She really takes her time with customers and makes you feel like a priority and never rushed. 10 out of 5 star if I could, the customer service here is STELLAR.

I never leave reviews, but I had to speak on my expieiance at this location. The staff here is always friendly and goes beyond! one night the lady working there even stayed open late to ensure I was able to purchase my product. This time, It was the Best customer service experience of my life!! The sales rep Nina needs a raise and promotion. She showed genuine care, concern and Deserie to make sure I got just what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to give me facts and information about the products. As well as talking to me about the app, walking me threw set up and speaking to me like i was a friend not just a customer. Today is customer appreciation day but hats off to you Nina and all the staff at this location the apriciation goes to you!!

Sales peaple know their products, how they differ from the rest . Sometimes it's nice to hear another person's positive spin on the same products. 'been using for years. Now your standing in front of this particular salesperson who has heard every day from burned out stylist complaining, how this product is draining excitement in her clientele. These over worked burned out stylist who had gone to every class work shop where she 1st found this amazing product she found inspiration from now ,Much like a long term relationship finding how
it's so incredibly important to find new ways to keep your love for each other a live full of wisdom experience , to drink up any knowledge
to not only Ignite those slow burning embers not only into yourself in your coworkers but to anyone who sits in your chair now you've inspired new creativity in your longtime clients who were starting to think you were getting stale and was perhaps struggling with their own voice telling them they are not as excited as they once did . These amazing people who you know maybe better than many of your own family members. currently toying around with the idea that maybe she should start going to see her pastors wife is going to . Where your clients would receive many and all compliments at her office parties, now that kind words spoken about her hair have died down, and it's not that her hair has changed your still using all the same techniques same recipe when coloring her hair , so what is it , why would anyone leave a stylish if she was delighted with your work the out come of the end result.
You tell yourself of course she wouldn't leave me , she loves me , we know the names and BIRTHDAYS of each other's grand children . You recall how she spoke so highly of you , She would recommend you to all her friends and colleagues. You remember the last time she shared with you all the compleat strangers would walk right up to her,
she would say how shocked she was when she received compliments
even on the same week her appointment to see you, her glorious stylist .
Is happy with her hair , never once considered leaving you , now some thing is longing for a need of change , maybe your thinking about your conversations did I cross a line? , Was I getting to familiar with her ? The truth is no to all of those questions. So why am I scared if she leaves of course all of her friends will Eventually over time follow her to the pastor's wife stylist..
Now for the 1st time you're standing in front of a lady you made fast friends with at the beauty supply place you walked in casual smiling but not you're excited self you want used to walk in. But today this new friend is holding the same
product line You've use for years the same 1 bottleYou put price tags on weekly.. This sells person who isn't even a stylist is igniting those embers in deep deep inside of you.
Truth be told, your not that excited about your own work.
After
your many years behind Senior stylist chair , you know by now every cut there is .after spending too much money and time going to the same classes the same shows walking away knowing that same hair cut the teacher or master stylist showing his Hotest runway styles hitting Hollywood, NYC, Paris,
new name , same cuts new technic, new tools , you laugh remembering the 1st guy who used his greatest tool how
He achieved the same outcome. Do I buy the same tool you have Own Arsenal of tools to get yourself
excited about your own work, you once claimed it to be true artistic outlet .

LOVE these girls! They are always so helpful and amazing to work with. They really do go above and beyond for all their customers.

Every single person working at this location is very knowledgeable, more than willing to answer my million questions, extremely nice, and FUN! It irritates me we no longer have a Rep for my salon, but I do enjoy shopping here when I have the time.
