These guys were awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought a car from them that had a couple of issues after a test drive, and fixed it up with no extra fees. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Just bought my new to me Chevy equinox. The guys were great! Super nice, offered use drinks even washed my car before giving me my keys. When I got in I noticed since I test drove the car yesterday they went and put some gas in it for me!!! Really nice people!! Would definitely recommend these guys!!

We had a fantastic experience with this dealership. The salesmen and manager were great. Very responsive but not pushy at all. The car we bought was fairly priced and in great condition. I would definitely buy a car from them again. If you are looking for something that is affordable and also good quality check them out.

My experience with Metro Motors KC was wonderful. They are.m great bunch of people who give you enough time and space to look at as many vehicles as you want before making a decision. Cory and Greg were a pleasure to work with and helped me get my first car. There was never any pressure to force the sale and they were more than happy to let me come by on multiple days to check out vehicles and test drive them. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free zero pressure and intimidation car buying experience.

The nicest people around, everyone you come in contact with ask you how your doing and are all so polite and what to offer excellent customer service!! Unfortunately my credit wasn't as good as I hoped and they couldn't get me a low enough down payment so I could work with them, but enjoyed my time there and was treated with upmost respect, thank you!

I just bought a used 2004 Lincoln Aviator Suv with very low mileage and loaded. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles and patient. I was very picky about what I was looking for and they took the time to show me several vehicles that were in my price range and also had the extras I was wanting in a vehicle. They let us take our time looking around, answered all our questions and didn't make me feel pressured about buying something I didn't want. I have now purchased 2 cars from Metro Motors over the past 3 years as first cars for my kids and Metro is wonderful to work with! The prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly! I will definitely shop with them again in the future!!!

We drove from Lawrence to help our son buy his first car. We had done a lot of research and looking at cars online and were impressed with the inventory at Metro Motors, the prices are great, mileage is lower especially for sought after cars like Hondas and Toyotas. Also every car has a CarFax report which is very helpful. Our son ended up choosing a 2009 Honda Civic EX, the car is in great shape and he is super happy with his purchase. The staff is very friendly, everyone said hello, nobody was pushy at all and the process was fast and smooth from start to finish. We are really happy we made the drive over and will be sure to recommend this business to anyone looking for a good used car!

Shopping for your child's first car is a challenge. My daughter had high expectations for a "pretty car". But at her budget, we had informed her it may just be a "reliable" (our expectations) car.
We found MM by chance by Googling used car dealers near us. We actually hit all of the 4 star (and up) Google reviewed dealerships down 24 highway ... and immediately came back to MM. The inventory at the others was super high mileage and many had damage that the dealership didn't even try to make look better.
Greg was very honest with us, listened and understood our needs and he kept our daughter's wishes in mind as well. He actually helped steer her away from cars that might not meet OUR wishes (biggest fear is our 16 y/o daughter being stranded somewhere). There was a "new to the lot" car that wasn't available yet that he felt was perfect for her. He let her take a peek inside and she fell in love.
I brought my older son down with me a couple days later when it was available to check it out without her. Although it's 15 years old, it is beautiful (garage kept) and only had 75k miles on it!
I'll give you a point of reference ... a dealer down the road had a PRETTY car (that she LOVED!), but it had 200,000 miles on it and they wanted 10k!
MM price for this beauty was $7,900.
We met with Greg a couple of times during our transaction and we spoke with the manager on one of our visits. He explained that they try to specialize in "lower" mileage used vehicles. Yes, the car we were looking at was 15 years old, but at 75,000 miles it was a rarity (I agree!).
They (AND WE) got lucky with this car ... after researching on Google (because that's what we do before making big decisions lol) and downloading the car fax from the MM site, we found out it REALLY was an "old lady" car. The owner was 81 and had owned it for 14 years after buying it from a rental company. True JEWEL of a car.
This wasn't the only jewel on the lot, though. I don't know how MM gets their inventory but they have a great selection!! Ask for Greg when you're there. He's honest, he listens, and does his best to find a car that's right for you!

Purchased a 2008 Chrysler 300 Touring at a reasonable price. The guys at Metro Motors are so helpful and not pushy. There were a few issues with my vehicle and they fixed them right away without cost to me. I highly recommend Metro Motors KC!

Its been a little over a year since I bought my A-to-B car, a 20 year old Ford Escape. The used car market was terrible at the time and I didn’t want to spend a lot. I am so happy to say its still running like a champ, even after adding 16,000 miles to it over this past year! I did buy some new headlight covers, fixed the air conditioning with a fuse from Amazon, and added a few things for comfort as I have a long drive each week. The people there at Metro were all friendly, did not rush me, and addressed all of my concerns. I did not want to end up stranded, especially being female, and feeling like prey out on the road. Once I made up my mind to buy the car, the transaction was quick. I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

**One thing to note, if buying a car in the winter time, double check that the air conditioning actually works! I thought it worked because it was blowing cold air, but once it started getting hot out, realized it wasn’t. In my case, it was only a missing fuse.
