When my truck broke down on the road, I called the agency and they helped me get to the correct group to get a tow. When I had issues with insuring a new bldg. they were right there to offer and execute whatever I needed. When I was looking at discounts, they told me about all sorts of ways I could save. I have found that EVERY SINGLE PERSON in this office is AMAZING. They go above and beyond and are extremely great to work with.

My experience with Jason and his staff has been nothing but exceptional. Jason is always knowledgeable and willing to work with us on issues regarding our coverages and the options available to us. His staff is top notch because 1)they treat me like I am valued as a customer each and every time I talk with them, 2)they are always available and prompt with my requests and 3)they are thorough on the many changes and requests for information that I bring to them. I have a farm policy which tends to be complex and always changing. They have never given me less than 100%. I know this seems rather glowing, but I am happy to be working with them. They make all my interactions with them easy.

American Family as a whole company is “ Money Hungry “ i would not recommend them ! They find every way to get more money out of you & charge you for their mistakes !
