Noodles and Company

I got the Med Salad with Chicken, the Korean BBQ meatballs, and a Tice Crispy for dessert. All was very tasty. These menu items are a little spicy (which I like) and it can be made more spicy with pepper flakes (think pizza red pepper flakes) as well as other spices. The rice crispy treat was very large and fresh. Great stuff! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful since this was my first ever visit. The shop is part of Independence Plaza but has an outside entrance so they can be open when the shopping center is closed. This was a Sunday visit and the shopping center closed at 6PM but this shop is open until 8PM. Overall quite impressed.

It’s cold and raining outside and not be dramatic- but the staff and food turned my day into a comfy cozy pleasant day!! Super happy with the service and food. I wanna shout them all out specifically at 12 noon on 2/26 🥰

What a fantastic place! We had Lucky as our cashier and guide (it was my first time!) the whole experience was wonderful. I loved the Japanese noodles and the Mac n cheese was incredible. The meals were a great value too - I will be back for sure!

Super nice staff who loved giving me suggestions on what to choose for my lunch. It was great but not much of a surprise because there hasn't been anything that wasn't amazing here. I highly recommend this particular one because of the people!

The staff is always friendly and attentive whenever I come in which keeps me coming back. They have changed their menu a little since they opened but it's more streamlined and easier to order whether that's online, through food apps, or in person.
Their healthy options always keep things fresh and interesting and I have found that i like ordering new stuff that I haven't tried before because it's usually a pretty good surprise!

Pad thai is super delicious!!!! I would recommend you to order shrimp. Recommend to squeeze the lime. Staffs are so nice and polite.

A little expensive, but convenient location inside the Independence center with friendly helpful and quick staff. The food was tasty (spicy Korean beef) and there's a pretty good selection of choices. The inside was mostly clean with a few tables that were left unwiped for awhile. Not a ton of seating given how busy it got.

I always order the asparagus in lemon sauce with chicken added. The service is very welcoming and prompt. I will continue to shop with them.

This was pretty decent, had always wanted to try it. My son got regular noodles and I got zucchini noodles. His were way way better because they were real. The zucchini noodles were pretty darn good too.

I ordered the spicy Korean beef noddle dish. Not too spicy, but just the right amount of kick to get the tastebuds going. Nice friendly cashier. My meal was great and the small portion was enough to fill me up without breaking the bank. My girlfriend loved her meal as well, which is a major plus.

So yummy! And, they even offered me some of the steak to see if it was tender before I decided. It was perfect! Awesome Freshly made Thai Green Curry with shrimp and Japanese Pan Noodles with steak. Huge portions and great service! Love this place 💕
