I REALLY APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AND NOLAN THE MANAGER IS AMAZING AND AWESOME I FEEL LIKE ALL THESE PEOPLE HERE THAT I HAVE HAD CONVERSATION WITH IS VERY RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL AND GENUINE THEY'RE WAITING ROOM IS VERY NICE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN AND THEY EVEN PROVIDE COFFEE WHILE YOU'RE WAITING WITH A TV. They have a great deal on high quality tires Plus they have credit programs to help you with payments.

Since they also do mechanical work they were able to discover several important issues in my braking system - without additional cost!!!

Even though I did not have them do the mechanical work the fact that they discovered it was really cool.

Just had ourselves one GREAT experience at Big O in Waldo! My local shop for oil changes, tires etc.

My sincere thanks to our pal Antonio. He was so very kind & patient to us.

He listened closely to my gal. This matters a lot, as she has a major speech defect due to her facial cancer surgeries.

Excellent shop! Sharon, the sales associate, is sweet and caring. Mr. Nguyen, the assistant manager, also took great care to explain any issues that came up and the fixes in simple, easy to understand terms.

I bought four new tires and had to get an alignment and they did it quickly and now my car drives like a dream.

Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Helpful. Cannot say enough good about this location. They even offered to take me home instead of having to wait or call an Uber. Then 2 days later sent me a text checking to see if everything was ok!!! Love this location will definitely come here for any needs my Fusion has.

Had a great experience here! I was needing to get the valve stem replaced since it was leaking air. Not only were they able to fit me in when no one else could, but they got it done extremely quickly.

Where do I begin? service was amazing the employees help me in every single way like I was on my last leg and they helped me and they did all they could to make things work when it was no other way to get what I need done fixed they made a way to get me back on the road. Sharon Gross amazing women sent from heaven she helped when I did not have nothing and the mechanic can not remember name but walks with canecan not miss him he was determined to make a way for me out of no way and even repaired a broken peace to my fuel that he noticed was broken. I feel so blessed to day cause this was a day I mostly needed it and I ran into these amazing individuals and the company should be proud to have them they very profession more than any place ever experienced I was shocked cause not ever have I need genuine people until now. I am do happy will be bring everyone I know from out of town here just to get service because I know how they talk to people and treat customers with true care that is felt and noticed to be not fake but REAL.

Can say so much but will leave it at this I am so thankful and great for this company employees paying it forward to me in my time of help and need.

Phuoc and Sharon were very nice and helpful. Got my car in and fixed very quickly. Definitely recommend this shop!

Just took my Dodge Grand Caravan to get fixed as I could tell my brakes were bad, got an oil change as well as FREE tire rotation. They were all very helpful and understanding of my situation not having a lot of money, and did everything they could to make sure I had a safe van to drive my kids in.

Technician Bryan, and Clyde, and the lady at the desk whose name I didn't catch, thank you so much!

I'd like to add that I have an autistic son and they were all so patient and understanding when he started having trouble waiting with me. The lady at the front desk even gave him markers and paper so he could draw while I finished paying for everything. I will definitely be back!

Best prices and great service!! I’ve gotten two oil changes at this location and have nothing but good things to say! Great price for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation is included. The staff is always so friendly. Their waiting room is nice and well equipped with tables, chairs and outlets so I was able to work while I waited for my car.

Had an accident, got a flat tire with part of the other car sticking out of my tire! Arrived at Big o Tires on Wornall at 4:30pm. (Closing time)
The staff was kind enough to let
me in and take care of my tire.
Great folks, totally recommend them for your tire needs. Taking my wife's car up there next week to get new tires.

I had a fantastic customer experience thanks to Sharon and Deandre!

I don’t know much about cars and called Sharon at Big O to help me replace a spare tire. The cost was going to be over $200.

When I arrived and checked out my spare, we realized I had given the wrong measurements and they actually didn’t have the right sized tire available.
Deandre, who was working on my car, noticed the spare was only missing an air plug and it was in decent shape (no dents). Deandre worked very hard in the 90 degree heat fixing my spare and mounted it on my car when I didn’t have the proper tools available. Sharon only charged me $23 and saved me so much time and money.

I don’t know much about cars, I messed up a lot when trying to order this spare tire. Every step of the way, Sharon and Deandre were incredibly kind, considerate and patient with me. It felt really good to be taken care of and know they had my back! Great people all around. Thank you so much for helping me when I really needed it. I will definitely be coming back!

Nolan, Sharon and the service crew did an amazing job! I had all four of my tires slashed and had to get back on the road to Indiana. They thankfully had my tires in stock and got me in as soon as AAA dropped me and my car off. An hour or so later I was able to get on the road! I had a smooth ride all the way back!

Everyone that works here is so kind. They are very helpful and super quick! I was in and out within 30 minutes while they checked and patched my tire. The next day the manager contacted me to make sure that everything was still good with my car.

Shop was great! Tire repair was affordable! Shop even texted the next day to see how tire was holding up!!
