The best insurance provider I’ve ever worked with. Quick to respond to questions and concerns. Unfortunately, I’ve had a few things go wrong, stolen motorcycle and stolen tailgate, but Josh made it easier and so much smoother. Also, he saved my tons on my premiums. Josh is the only person I recommend to people looking for insurance.

Charming guy, but needs to be more personable. My bill went up and I didnt get an explanation to why?

Initially, Joshua returned calls promptly and was extremely informative. He provided the lowest quote to get my business, but when the policy declaration arrived via mail, the rate was higher than other companies. It was too late to change out the policy, so I kept it. The policy expires in November, and I called to stop renewal, but no return phone call and Shelter has requested payment from my mortgage company already. Joshua is great until there's an issue, then he's non-responsive.
