I wanted to let Walgreens know of the exceptional service I received from Lisa the Pharmacist Technician today 8/17/23 at around 4:30pm at the Walgreens Store in Grandview, MO. I needed a refill of my BP medication but I am no longer insured. I originally phoned to make an appointmment at CenterWell. Lisa took the time to provide me information regarding CenterWell, but also shared that she might be able to help.
She discovered that I had 3 unfilled, refill prescriptions left that were about to expire in a week, and that she could check to see what discounts might be available to help with the cost. I did not realize that I had any refills left, and I was down to taking 1 tablet a week to stretch my medication. I had concerns about the out-of-pocket cost but Lisa assured me that she would help.
Lisa took the extra time to search for discounts and provided me with a price for all 3 refills that was significantly lower than what I had expected. Being able to take my medication daily now will sigificantly improve my quality of life. Thank you Lisa so much for taking the extra time to help me & thank you Walgreens!
What you guys do everyday really does make a difference.

I went shopping late on new years day, at around 10 pm because I was in a lot of pain and needed a few things. I didn't like having to go so late, on a holiday, but Tylee was so incredibly awesome and nice when ringing me up. She really made my day, and helped my new year start on a nice note. Thankyou!!

I went in this afternoon, 7/16 due to a horrible experience at Wamart photo. I ordered a 16x20 photo canvas on 7/1. Walmart stating it would be ready by 7/10. Upon several attempts to pick up, Walmart searching for a lost picture, and finally picking the picture up only to see that the canvas was cut off at the forehead was disappointing to say the least. I needed the picture by Saturday 7/21. Christina, the photo expert at Walgreen's assisted me along with the store manager Mike to get me another photo canvas, and print an 8x10 of another one the same day. They were such life savers as I was in a state of panic to get something re-done..They calmed me down and assured that they could help me get what I wanted. They went above and beyond by also assisting me with a frame for all my troubles. I was so relieved and couldn't thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise! I will be going here for all my photo needs in the future..

I have always gotten my prescriptions filled at Walgreens because to me they are just better.
I love their customer service I have tried Walmarts pharmacy I have tried CVS pharmacy and I did not like either.
So kudos to WALGREENS for being America’s preferred number one pharmacy whom I love 💕

Love this location. There normally packed when i get off however there customer service makes up for time you may have to wait and there trained well to deal with irritated customers. This is always my go to place to pick up prescription for both my daughter and myself

Helpful and courteous describe this pharmacy. Usually they have our prescriptions ready and waiting before we get there. Their texting notification system is very handy.

Excellent customer service! Cathy went out of her way to check the entire store to see if the product I was looking for was in stock. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful every time I visit.

Pharmacy staff is cool except for the blonde manager .She is very opinionated and obviously thinks very highly of herself . Other than that Five Stars .

They have home Covid testing kits if you need them! (As of 1/1/22 at 6pm there were about 50 in stock give or take.)

Not much to share it's just where I get my prescriptions.

This location went above and beyond to help me this last couple of days. Thank you for the fast and efficient service!
