I just finished my meeting with Sebastian Flores regarding the policy I have in place for my granddaughter, and let me tell you it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with life insurance. He made me feel so at ease and he explained everything in a way that I understood. He is amazing at what he does, his passion for his job can be seen as soon as he starts to talk to you. I want to thank him for being so patient and understanding with me. I know if I ever have any questions or concerns I can reach out to him and he will be there. I spoke with Russell Colby and he was very kind very patient I had a toddler running around the entire time and the amount of times I had to put him on hold to handle my child should honestly be illegal but he was so understanding and patient with me he explained everything to a T! His wholesome demeanor and knowledgeable answers to our questions made signing up a pleasant experience. I have always had trouble understanding life insurance and what kind is best for myself and my son. After explaining to Courtney my reluctance about life insurance and how my last experience went, she explained everything to me and answer my questions even when I would ask the same question a couple times. She was very professional and kind! She made me comfortable about asking questions and did not treat like I was uneducated, which I am when it comes to life insurance. She reviewed my current policy with me and told me what it was and how it worked. Long story short, I ended up with several policies and got more bang for my buck! I was able to get end of life insurnace, which I had been wanting to do, a whole life policy for my son, AD&D policy and a 10 R&C policy. My other policy is going to be cancelled as soon as my new one is effective. I was very very pleased with Courtney and her concern for me to make sure I understood what it was I was going to be purchasing and how it all worked! I absolutely give her a 10 out of 10 for genuine kindness, concern, knowledge, and respect for my limited understanding of life insurance! She is a great representation of your company.
