U.S. Bank Branch

Has great experience so far with this bank. My husband opened the account in Jamestown where he is currently working and they needed some documents. I went to Bismarck location and they took care of everything and faxed it to Jamestown branch! The girl who helped me was Desiree Hilborn. She was very nice and welcoming me to North Dakota and letting me know whats around and everything to do!

Called questioning if my card was locked due to declined transactions. Guy on the phone said he doesn’t do that and to call the 800 number on the back of the card. That helped me absolutely in no way as that only states your available balance and transactions. The north location looked up my card in NOT EVEN 5 MINS and solved my problem. Please do your job. Thanks

I would NOT recommend US Bank of Bismarck. We have our HOA account with them and with online banking can't even view a check that was deposited into the account. But to have them print a copy (can't do it by email according to them) is $2 per check. Well guess that is how they get their money. Nice scam they have going. And the rude, rude service just topped it off. People there are plenty of other place to go I recommend you go else where.

This bank is the worst bank anyone will ever want to bank with, I deposited 1000 at the atm, the money didn’t come in my account, and I’m behind with rent, up to now, I haven’t gotten my own money I work for yet!!! I have to wait again for another 10business days…. Nothing ever hurt me than this.

No one answered my phone calls. What's with that?
