Dandy Deals 2nd Hand Store

I love Dandy Deals! Got a great warranty-backed used stove there at a great price before Thanksgiving, and everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Delivery was fast and set-up was perfect. Stove is working great.

If I could give more I would they went above and beyond for me as far as customer service goes hands down the best when it comes to deals and making sure they don't just give and sell you anything... I definitely recommend them for vehicles and appliances!!! Jeremy ur the best!!! They honored their warranty and made sure they I left with a working vehicle thanks again...

Great place to find used appliances with a guarantee and they deliver. I was very happy with my washer and the service.
Update: My new dryer stopped working the first day, the heat stopped. I called and they were very nice, had the guys out first thing Monday morning and replaced the dryer. It works great! Thank you and the delivery men are super nice.

I chose because of their reviews. Decent selection of used and dent-and-scratch appliances. Very courteous and helpful staff. The top loading washing machine we bought made a strange noise during its cycle. I sent the technician a recording and they honored the 60 Day warranty by simply swapping out for a comparable washer. We live an hour away, so it wasn’t ideal, but by the time I had signed the new warranty slip they had unloaded and loaded my truck! Awesome!

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised on how clean the place was for a 2nd hand store. Definitely will be back and recommend 10/10.

Abit put out with delivery service! Delivery communication was verbal w/ estimated time to be late afternoon. I have to work too !! A early delivery not to my knowledge. A neighbor let them in Resulting with the dryer sitting in my leaving room.... It was simple enough to unlock the back door and deliver . I have been a customer 8 years. 4 washers and 4 dryers and 3,000 spent to Dan's Deals.
Just venting my frustration ! It still sits in my living room.

We bought a stand up freezer from Dandy Deals and it quit working just 7 days after the warranty. They were kind enough to provide us with another stand up freezer free of charge. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the owner and employees!!

I am so happy! I got a washer as a Christmas gift form family. Well sadly the washer had a issue right after warranty. But they are so awesome the still had me covered after my warranty!!

Unfortunately I gave a poor review 3 years ago but my husband and I decided to give them another try. We were very pleased with the friendly staff this time. We had our item delivered. The delivery was made promptly on the same day. The gentlemen that delivered and installed were very friendly as well. We are happy with this purchase.

Great prices on appliances and helpful staff , will even deliver locally if you need help with that. Our spare refrigerator went out and we found the perfect one here and the men even loaded it in our truck and also offered to deliver for us at no charge and asked if we needed help unloading , if did one would follow us and lend a hand. Will not hesitate to go back for things we need again and they always have an excellent selection. Customers come first and are treated well.

My warranty had expired by 30 days but they still sent a technician out to fix my washer for free! Thank you so much!!!

Dandy Deals is not your average business. Jeremy, Brandy and their staff are excellent. They always treat us with respect and are honest and helpful. They care about you as a person, not just making a sale. We have made several large purchases with Dandy Deals over the years on much needed household items. They offer warranties on most of their appliances, and have been more than fair when dealing with any issues we’ve experienced. I will always come to Dandy Deals first when I need furniture, appliances, yard care, tools, and even home decor.

Can't say enough good things about this store and the customer-oriented personnel that work there! Have bought lots of small items there, and a good number of major appliances. When I had a problem with a recently delivered dryer, they immediately sent a service technician the same day I called. When repair was ruled out, they then delivered a different dryer of equal value the same day to replace the original item! All of this was done in sub zero temperatures! They back their warranties and make it a pleasure to deal with honest folks who care about service and customer satisfaction. Will definitely be back when I need other items!

Over the pace 2 years have bought several appliances from here. They have all been in amazing shape and are still running strong for being used. The staff are very helpful and understanding. They go out of their way to help when they can. Fast and nice delivery service guys as well they even helped install my washer and dryer in place when my back was busted. Thanks guys!!!

We bought a used refurbished Washing Machine here. It was less than $200. Maytag w/huge washtub. Heavy duty. Guaranteed for 30 days. Or fixed/given choice of another one. Very clean. It was delivered & hooked up. It is an awesome washer! Staff was fabulous! We bought about 8 other things there also. They had so many appliances of every kind. Many more ready to be cleaned/repaired to be for sale. Very clean store. I really love & recommend this store. I really hope if you ever need a new/refurbished appliance, furniture, decor, electronics, DVD'S, vintage items, antiques, so many other things go here first!!!!
