After sadly and suddenly losing the State Farm Agent I had for over thirty years. I was fortunate to become a part of the Alexa Barkley State Farm team. Alexa and her team were very patient and accommodating during the transition. During times of multiple phone calls, emails, and office face time. I have never been made to feel rushed or dismissed. Had a car accident, the StateFarm agent I spoke with was so helpful and handled my frustration professionally, I wasn't mad at her I was upset about the accident. I appreciate the professionalism I received. The scheduling of the body estimate repair shop, tow company setup, and car rental setup. All I had to do was walk in give my name and they took care of the rest. I hadn't filed a claim in a long time, technology has changed. All my documents are easily accessed on my portal in StateFarm and I uploaded photos of damages to my vehicle. Excellent customer service!

I have had State Farm auto insurance since the mid ‘80’s. I’ve been in a few collisions (caused by the other driver - WITHOUT insurance). Luckily my uninsured and underinsured coverage on my State Farm policy took care of my hospitalization and my car’s damages. AND, because it was not my fault, my premiums did NOT go up.

With all of this great care i decided to check into the Bundling discounts (thank you Jake from State Farm commercials). I just added Home and Umbrella coverage to my Auto and saved a lot.

The whole team is very sweet but Jennea I absolutely adored my experience with. She’s literally so kind and didn’t make me feel stupid or terrible for needing to figure out payment options. She was personable and very bubbly.
