Party City

Came in for some quick last minute Valentine's Day balloons. I visit this store a lot and always receive good service.

We stopped in to look for some items. The store was clean, and had a good deal of party supplies.

Got everything we needed. They even delivered our balloons! They always deliver in products and services.

Good experience here lots of items to choose from and plenty of people to help you make your choices. neat and clean

The staff was very helpful. We didn't buy anything because we were looking for birthday party invitations. They do not carry these basically anywhere anymore. Walgreens does custom ones so if you need them, order them there.

Lots and lots of inventory. Customer service was great. Restroom was very clean. Extra wide isles, great for wheelchairs. Walked in the door 10 minutes till close, didn't seem to bother staff. Great visit all around.

Today we visited Party City in Independence and had the best customer service ever. An employee named Grant went above and beyond to be friendly and help. This was someone who seemed eager to work, answer questions and help find things. He was kind and friendly to others as well and was going out of his way to help them too. I thought it was important to acknowledge him, because it is so refreshing to walk in a store and feel appreciated for your business. It just makes the shopping/party planning experience better.

Got all the supplies I needed plus an added on piñata I forgot to add to my order. The bouquets of balloons were ABSOLUTELY "DARLING" for my lil' k-grad! THE AUTOGRAPH LLAMA, THE PLATE SETTINGS TO MATCH AND TABLE CLOTHS AND ALL THE GRAD BEARS I GOT HER WHAT A SELECTION! THE GRAD HAT WEIGHTS COULD BE A LITTLE HEAVIER, IT WAS WINDY OUT AT THE Park THAT DAY! Lost a balloon almost immediately after placing it and taping it to table. It popped. But other than that my daughter had quite the party!
My son just graduated from HS. So his party is in 2weeks. Hope this next order goes well! At least this one is indoors!
Employees are perfect to a T. And will STOP at nothing to go out of their way to help you and give you the best experiences you deserve during your shopping trip! After all, the planner (me, in this scenario) is stressed as it is, and they will do everything they can to lighten your load!

Had a great experience at party city.
I was looking for a particular item, but they didn't carry it. The manager was extremely helpful in ascertaining that, then recommended exactly where to go elsewhere to find it and gave me directions. I did end up finding what I needed, and felt very thankful to the amazing manager of party city for helping me out!

The ONLY place to buy kids halloween costumes! Went here last year to buy my son's costume and it was headache-free and clean and organized and so now it's the only place I will go

The day before Halloween 2020, my daughter ordered a bunch of stuff. One of the items was a hippie mustache. We ordered it as curb side pick up. I picked up the orders and when we got home the hippie mustache wasn't in the package. I called the store and the manager immediately helped me. She didn't question what I was telling her. She went and checked to see if there was another hippie mustache in stock. She snagged the last one for us and brought it out to us on our second trip back to the store. She was AWESOME!!! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, BUT I will for sure go back to this location because of the amazing customer service!
