John was courteous and professional in answering my questions and offering his advice. He worked with me to get the best coverage/plan that suited my needs vs. pushing his own agenda. He stayed in communication with me through the whole process of buying a home and getting my coverage transferred from out of state. He took care of the leg work for me, which was great!

They are not communicative at all. I had cc fraud so my credit card company sent me a new card. No big deal but I forgot to call Metlife. They canceled my program with them without letting me know and then turned me into collections!! This is after I called and talked to John McEntire and they failed to mention they were not collecting payment. Some confrontation is okay... They could have at least mentioned my cc was not auto drafting like it has for the past 3 years.. They do not let you start without existing insurance. So his solution was to get new insurance with Progressive and then switch once I had insurance. I went to progressive because it was cheaper (by only a couple dollars) anyways. I am not switching back. I also called and left a message asking what was going on when I was sent to collections but John never returned my phone call. Bad customer service.
