I had a great experience purchasing my Acura. My salesman Tim was a real good guy. No hassles or beating around the bush transaction. I purchased a Acura RDX. I bought my 2011 Ranger from them and the end of January and I've had a couple of hiccups with a door latch and a leak from the steering and they have fixed both of them to 100% satisfaction and I would say that they are men of their words and they are worth dealing with they fixed only to my 100% satisfaction I also bought a add-on service agreement for three years 50,000 miles with a maintenance policy and they paid for my first oil change and they're paying for a minor problem I have with it that will be taken care of with this service agreement at my dealership no problem

It was the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. Much better than dealing with any of the other dealers I have ever dealt with. Very quick and courteous and most importantly, not pushy at all. I dealt with David and would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone. This is coming from someone who hates buying new vehicles because of all the hoops you have to jump through and seemingly unnecessary stuff at most dealerships. This place was actually the 2nd place we looked for our new (to us) truck and after much hunting online and throughout the city we found ourselves back here looking to test drive the one that caught our eye. And to be quite honest we were impressed. There was NO pressure what so ever. They took our drivers license and basically turned us loose with it to see if we liked it. Test drove it alone, then found out it was actually $1000 less than we had thought. Billy talked to us to find out what we were looking for and not to sell us a vehicle. We discussed our needs, ran the numbers and before we knew it we were heading back to them with a check from the bank to drive this baby home at $6000 less than blue book and $7000 less than half the truck McCarthy tried to sell us! Cannot say enough about how easy it was to finalize on more of a vehicle than we ever thought we would be driving home and on the same day to boot! We had a couple small concessions to make this truck perfect and it was met with a handshake a smile and those concessions being met, not high pressure tactics. Thanks Billy!! We love it! Outstanding deal. Greg worked and worked to get me in a truck under the interest rate others told be I would get. Spent just under two hrs on site which included the test drive, trade in, paperwork, and unloading my old truck. Would have been less time if I had my truck ready to go. They were great.
