Carson went absolutely above and beyond for myself and my son. He was very patient and cared greatly about my son having the right shoes for his feet. He went into great detail and broke everything down so I could better understand how a shoe fits all parts of the foot.

I visited Brown's Shoe store today for the first time. I was just planning on browsing, but ended up purchasing some new shoes. Carson is very knowledgeable about shoes and finding the perfect fit for you. I was amazed at his professionalism and expertise. Who knew I've been wearing the wrong size shoes for the last 20 years! I was blown away. I will be buying all of my shoes from them from now on. I will recommend them to everyone!

I walked in and talked with Grace about having plantar fasciatis, and she was so knowledgeable , not only of the problem, but the best tennis shoes to try. I bought a pair of great fitting Hoka brand tennis shoes and my feet do not hurt anymore!!! I am so impressed. Thank you!

Great place to get the right shoes for your feet. I was so impressed with the service and how they explained why certain shoes were not right for me or my wife and how others were, I was blown away. So I took my mom back the next day and had them fix her up, she has RA. They got her in the right shoe also. Great people, great shoe store, highly recommended!!!

They are always nice and professional. Just a few days ago I went in and didn't realize they were just closing up, door was locked. Oops on my part, lol. So we (husband and me) started to walk away, a gentleman came out and asked if we were looking to get shoes real quick. I replied with yes, I knew what I wanted already. He brought us in and was quick to find my shoes.

The salesman who helped me find my shoes was very helpful. He knew what best fit me, and what shoes would work best for my feet. He was also very good about juggling between me and other customers, but also making sure we liked our shoes. I will definitely be going back!

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Great products and if they don't have what you want in stock they will order it for you. The first thing they do is measure your feet. I do not of any shoe store nearby like this store. My wife and I make a 50 mile roundtrip to go to this store and it is worth the trip.

Carson at Brown's Shoes in Warrensburg is an amazing associate! I have arthritis and thought I knew what kind of shoes I needed. I didn't. But with Carson's knowledgeable questions and no pressure guidance (plus he measured my feet... seriously, who does that anymore!?) he recommended a walking sneaker in the Hoka brand. Well worth the price, btw.
I felt immediate relief in my feet, knees and hips and gratefully wore a pair out of the store. I couldn't be happier!

I bought my first really good pair of running shoes today. Crazy, I know. But it's hard to splurge on myself. Amanda at Brown's had just the knowledge I was searching for. Using her surprisingly extensive footwear knowledge, she helped me find the perfect shoe, on sale no less! Another bonus: the warranties they offer. I had no idea such a thing existed for shoes! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

The assistance up at Brown's is unlike any other store's, they are well educated on foot and spine form, and they definitely know their stock well. There aren't any shoe stores that offer the service like Brown's. I'm from Liberty, Mo & shopped at Brown's for the first time yesterday. The service & selection were excellent. I will drive 66 miles to get my next pair of shoes.
