Initially, I was very encouraged when I drove onto the lot with the overall selection available... much better than any "big dealerships" we visited. Turner is very outgoing and helpful. He was very helpful and easy to contact during the process, lining up vehicles we were interested in seeing and test driving. We live 1 hour away from this dealership and he was very accommodating. Everything during the purchase was seamless, willing to work with us in putting together a mutually beneficial deal. Financing was easy and quick. Even the Owner/Manager of the dealership came out on both of our visits to let us know he was interested in us and earning our business. The follow-up after the sale has been great to be sure we have been happy with our vehicle. I would recommend them over anywhere else we visited due to the smaller dealership and their interest in earning our business. I would highly recommend these folks!

I’ve never had any experience with universal before I’ve always gone to big dealerships for vehicles and after this experience im only angry I didn’t come here sooner. They have a great staff. Everyone there was helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The truck I got was below kbb price , as well as almost every other car they have. it seems they’re out to help people rather than make things hard. Tanya was great to me and got me in my truck, and the manager Randy was awesome , I would recommend this place to everyone just based on management alone.

Turner was pleasant to work with and was very patient and kind throughout the whole process of the purchase of my car! Wide selection of used cars. Super great at giving info for the cars, showed us all the paperwork and blue book valuation upfront. Straightforward pricing, did not tack on random fees like other dealers do. We worked with Chris and he was helpful and honest throughout the process, kept us updated on the car while we took more time to think about it. Got my Ford Escape here and have had it for about 2 months now, no issues, runs great and nice clean engine. Highly recommend this dealership, would buy here again!

I was recently looking at a Toyota SR5 Forerunner and a young salesman named Turner came and showed me the vehicle and was super honest about the vehicles history and other things. He wasn’t pushy like some salesmen are and let me just shop in peace and answer anything I could think of. I really appreciated it and would recommend him to anyone! 10/10!!

Came in to look at a certain truck, and it didn’t workout, but Tanya helped me find another truck that fit into my budget better. My husband and I called on Saturday 2/19/2022 and made an appointment with Miles to see a Chevy Equinox later that afternoon. I was happy that they were able to get us in right away. Upon arrival we were greeted with many smiling faces nothing over the top just genuine nice people looking to help. Miles ended up being busy but Tanya was able to swoop in and help us instead and I couldn't have been more pleased.

She let us test drive the vehicle right away and even let us drive it for as long as we had liked, giving us both a chance to get comfortable in the drivers seat. When we went out to to look at the SUV it was in absolute MINT condition. We both got in it, it literally felt like stepping into a brand new car!! We fell in love almost instantly.

The drive was smooth and comfortable thanks to Tanya giving us that space to enjoy our test drive. We decided that it was definitely the car for us, and while we were waiting for the rest of the funds to finalize the purchase. We were able to put down a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit which I thought was wonderful and something you rarely see with most used car sales, plus they gave us a good 30 day or 3000 mile warranty on the vehicle which was an awesome bonus to me as well!

During this time they did one final inspection for us and made sure we left knowing the car was in just the right condition. We had an absolutely top notch experience with Universal Auto Plaza and we will without a doubt be purchasing from them again in the future! Great service, great people and great deals on a good selection of vehicles!
