Sanford Children's Campus

The front desk gals were so nice and welcoming. Got checked in quickly and didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. We see Dr. Nelson and really like her!

A friendly face greeted us and demonstrated how to use the Check in Kiosk. The environment was very child friendly. My daughter enjoyed her visit. Even the lab tech was great with her. I love this location!

This place has helped my kids for years. V. Nelson is an amazing doctor and my 3 kids love her. She is kind, caring, and has a good memory. We are usually in and out in under an hour.

We have taken our little ones here since they opened. Very kind staff. The nurses are always patient and the doctors actually spend time with you. You never feel rushed out the door.

I really enjoy going here with my kids! The staff are always respectful and helpful, and the doctors are great!

The nurses are always kind, the Drs are always ready to help, and their usually quick to respond to the emails sent by my chat

Be warned. Most of the staff members at Sanford Children's North are the most unprofessional, self-entitled, and immature people I have ever had to deal with. If you have a chance to go to any other Children's Clinic, please consider it. I would not want the care of my child in the hands of someone who acts and thinks like a child. Managment is run in a "piss-poor" fashion and if you have had any experience here within the last year, you will notice all the "fresh faces" due to the fact that most employees leave the first chance they get. Something needs to be done to create a healthier working environment.

I know that this review is harsh but these things needed to be said. Again, I do want to stress my approval of Sanford as an organization and most other medical facilities I have had to deal with within town have all been great. This specific establishment, however, is one that I would avoid.

Horrible multiple experiences. Didn't seem to care about my daughter and concerns I had. Most of the nuses are rude and get upset if you have questions. I had asked for a repeat strep test because they said they didn't get a good swab, they were very forceful and rude when we returned for it. Wouldn't recommend and we will never go back.

Called in to try to get an appt for my son. Didnt even let me say the reason I was calling for him. The lady was very rude. And i never did get an appt she didn't want to deal with it and said i could call the walk-in and was just no help and ready to get off the phone. absolutely awful

The primary care doctors are terrible rude and disrespectful and incompetent.
