Comfort Inn & Suites Tualatin - Portland South

My stay here exceeded my expectations on every level. For a budget friendly hotel, it's an exceptional experience. The staff from the front desk, to breakfast service, to housekeeping were all so friendly, responsive and helpful.

The entire property and rooms were very clean, and I was told it's rather recently renovated. It may sound silly, but the upgraded shower head was a wonderful detail. The bed was very comfortable. Good wifi.

The breakfast buffet had variety of hot and cold food items, coffee, tea, juice, etc. The eggs were fluffy and food changed out regularly, so it all was fresh.

If you need to be in this area, this hotel is SO well situated near restaurants, grocery stores (New Seasons and Fred Meyer) within walking distance, and very close to the 5 and 205 freeways, but tucked into a side street surrounded by trees, so it's not near any noisy traffic.

Just totally impressed by this place and will definitely come back on a future trip!

Very well kept ground. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern. Parkin can be a bit snug to get around in anything more than a car or pickup. Limited where you can park with a trailer . Plenty of food choices in walking distance. The breakfast served 6 to 9 is your standard fair but the lady in charge does a great job keeping it stocked an clean.

We couldn't be happier with this hotel and the service we received during our stay! A special thank you to Stephen at the front desk for going above and beyond for us in every way! He was so kind, caring and courteous and made sure to not cause any inconveniences for us when we were booked in one room and staying in another after a slight mix up with choice privileges. He made sure to keep us in our current room and not make us switch like we've had too at other places before with that kind of mix up and he handled it with such a great attitude and great concern for us! Thanks Stephen! You are truly exceptional and they are lucky to have you running the front desk! You have a great attitude and you really made our entire stay better than we ever could have expected! Thank you again! Being a diamond member and traveling for work we stay at a lot of choice hotels and you sir stand out as one of the best!

My favorite was an indoor swimming pool. Also, We had a jacuzzi in the room. which was clean and comfortable . In the bathroom, the doors for the shower were beautiful glass doors. In morning, I had a nice complimentary breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and your pick of what to drink from coffee to juice to milk they had a lot to choose from.

Location is perfect, it has Costco, premium outlet, super martlet, Din Tai Fung… within 20 mins drive.
Hotel is very clean, breakfast is free; also has gym and pool(24 hours)
All the staffs are friendly and helpful.
The price is very reasonable.

They were very accommodating when I needed to add days to my stay. With this bad winter storm they were very busy and all the staff were friendly and kind. They helped everyone in any way they could. Terrific customer service all around. Great breakfast and kept the sidewalks and driveway clear for safe walking and driving.

We needed a hotel when our power was out for several days and there were rooms available here. The front desk lady is so helpful and friendly! So is the guy who works at the breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is the best comfort suites I've stayed at. The room was big, very clean and quiet. I would 100% recommend and will stay there again!

Nice place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the server was nice and accommodating. The common area where breakfast is served is open 24 hours and allows a comfortable place to talk and visit. It even has lemon infused water and warm drinks available. We enjoy this place and will return while visiting in the future.

The hotel gets 5-star purely for the staffs management skills! There was problems with my payment and although it took a few days to resolve, the manager LaWanda was very patient and transparent through the whole ordeal.

This hotel may be a 'chain' but it feels like a local homey place, especially how it's surrounded by trees its very calming.

I put a 4 star on room only because our room was maybe next to an AC machine outside or something else, where every few minutes all day and night there was a whistling sound. Fortunately I can sleep through most things, but I can see a light sleeper losing sleep over it.

Great location right off the highway, next to Fred Meyer, a lot of updates to the hotel overall. Can’t go wrong.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was immaculate with comfortable beds and no shortage of soft pillows. The fitness room really made it easy to get my workouts in during my stay as it was raining frequently and I couldn't go outside to jog. I was grateful for it. I found the breakfast buffet to be exceptional for hotel food. Over all I've had a great experience staying here and look forward to booking here again in the future.

This hotel has been the nicest, cleanest and friendliest hotel I've stayed in for years. The rooms are nice and great size. The beds were so comfortable and the amount of pillows they gave us was AWESOME! Our family especially enjoyed the pool and spa and then the wonderful breakfast buffet. We were all pleasantly surprised that there were turkey meat options for breakfast. As a family that doesn't eat pork, this was a VERY unexpected and delightful surprise. The staff was stellar. The woman working the breakfast buffet deserves a great amount of kudos for her willingness to help and kind hospitality. Another unexpected treat was the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies offered at check-in. Yum! The whole entry smelled of bakery goodness. We had small children and small dogs with us, and the facility was exceptional to both. Thank you so much Comfort Inn for the wonderful stay!

The staff was welcoming, very polite and informative. The service is impeccable. There was Hot beakfast every morning with a variety of food to choose from. The hotel is immaculate!! Thanks Lawanda, Ronnie and Steven (to name a few) for making my stay there like home. I appreciate everything you all did to make it a pleasant experience.

After a rough drive through 8hrs of fog; we schleped into the comfort inn at 5:30am and Summer the night audit was a welcome sight. Smiling and super pleasant she quickly gave us directions and our accommodations so we could rest. She’s great and such an asset to the Comfort Inn and deserves some recognition. Our thanks again.

I have to say this hotel was exceptional. My 30 plus days here was very well worth it. From the day I walked in to check this hotel out, I was greeted by staff name Benny (cutie) he showed me how the rooms looked. I will say, I was shocked because this was a comfort in but NOT YOUR AVERAGE. Everything about this hotel was outstanding. Walking up to the hotel looked nice and everything you need is walking distance. Being a traveler and away from home is hard enough but walking into this hotel each day after work was very refreshing. Always clean, smelling so fresh and most importantly I felt very safe here. Ms LaWanda was so sweet at making sure our needs where met. From the breakfast hot and fresh daily (not your average hotel breakfast 👌🏽) to the fresh baked cookies daily I couldn’t get enough of, felt just like home. Each and every staff working here is sooooo welcoming, polite and take pride in everything they do here and it definitely shows. Steven, Valentino, (all housekeeping) the ladies in the kitchen and even maintenance just to name a few THANK YOU SO MUCH for the hospitality shown. I can’t say enough great things about my stay here but if you every stay in Tualatin it’s a must you stay here and ONLY here. You will not regret it. My husband and I stay in Comfort Inn hotels everywhere we travel. This is probably the nicest Comfort Inn we have ever stayed in. We got the King Suite room. It had a separate living area with a sleeper sofa. Even without the separate living area, the room with the bed in it was huge. The bathroom was very nice with a modern walk-in shower that had glass doors and floor to ceiling tile. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. In addition, the staff was very friendly and when we checked out, the lady who was working went above and beyond to help us print off some paperwork that we needed to have printed.

This was my first business trip in 1 1/2 years and my first time staying here. The room was quiet, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was beautiful! The chair had a small stand attached for my laptop which was a plus! I had a blueberry waffle and coffee for breakfast. The attendant was very nice, and same with the front office and maintenance worker. I will definitely return here for future business trips. Thanks for the amazing service!
