Furplus City

I love taking our 3 dog’s to FurPlus City! The main reason I go there is to give our dog’s a bath. The tub’s are elevated with steps for the dog’s. My back used to kill me bathing dog’s at home in the tub, all that bending over! They supply the shampoo, towels, cotton balls, even a hair dryer is provided, etc… I go in without my dog and pay first thing ($12 well spent)for a self dog wash, then I go out and bring the dog into the bathing stall! When we are finished, I get to head straight out to my car because I’ve already paid on the way inside! That keeps the chances down of running into other dog’s coming and going while I’m there at the counter trying to pay. It’s a great service to the community, love it and the staff are friendly and helpful! Longtime customer!

This place is so cool and the people are friendly and helpful. They have all kinds of unexpected supplies. Live superworms, crickets, tons of pet products and treats. Nora had a great time and she's all clean! Self service dog wash !

Katlyn is awesome! She's good w/our furry family member and we trust her. She does an excellent grooming job and Chloé always comes out as cute as can be!

We LOVE Furplus City! It is a locally owned pet store (with a great variety of items to choose from) and groomers that do a wonderful job. All the employees are always helpful, smiling and professional. Thank you for grooming Cooper and for giving us a local choice for pet supplies.

Owner and staff are so kind and friendly. On national black cat day, the owner gave my kitten a couple of free toys. She loved them! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Haven’t had the chance to see the relocated spot but I will be back!

We brought our miniature poodle, Skippy to Furplus to be groomed and couldn't be happier! We were greeted at the door by our groomer who listened to our requests. She called us 15 minutes before he was finished and when we arrived to pick him up he greeted us from behind the counter relaxed and happy and cute as a button! Furplus won't place your dog in a crate and only will schedule each pet as they provide their service. We will absolutely use them again! Thanks ladies!

I took our 2 big dogs toFurplus City this morning and gave them their baths there instead of at home. I Loved it! 2 dogs for twenty Dollars and I didn't break my back or hurt my knees. Their sinks are amazing and you don't have to bring anything extra with you. And they clean up everything when your done. Well worth the time and drive!

We come here to utilize the self dog wash. It is amazing and makes bathing your dog much easier. You get a punch card too so after so many you get a free bath! The employees are friendly and keep the place very clean.

I love that I can buy stuff for my little darlings here(one pictured). Glad you guys got more of the rat food that they won't pick through in to! Always get fantastic customer service when I go and the animals are kept in exemplary condition.

Take my puppy there for the self wash, the place was amazing, and the staff and groomers were wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

I am so glad someone referred me to Furplus City. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They are a full service pet supply and grooming shop. The building was very clean. They have self service wash stalls so you can give your pets a bath, homemade dog treats and a big variety of animal supplies. They groom dogs by appt. only so dogs are not put in cages until they can get to them. Kudos to Kaitlyn (sorry if misspelled name). She took all my information and diligently wrote notes on how I wanted the dogs groomed. Dogs looked great! I highly recommend this place! Again, Kudos to Kaitlyn.

Friendly staff and we love the self washes. We treat our dog to a cupcake when able cookie when they are out of cupcakes for doing good and they are always fresh he LOVES them.

The lady there was so helpful and patient with us it was our first time there and she explained everything to us and how we should go about giving our dog a bath so well and we were really loud it was fun and exciting and frustrating all together. Our dog didn't like it as much as we did. It's very affordable and having the experience with your dog and family is way better than taking your dog to some groomer that does all the work but if you need help they're there for you at Furplus city.

Everything about this place is great! The staff, the selection, the atmosphere. My pup who is a rescue is scared of people but loves coming into this store to see the staff. The groomer is great and works really well with him! (Pretty sure she is the dog whisperer). I also LOVE how they have a self wash station. I will always choose mom and pop shops over big retail and this place is worth every cent!

Kaitlyn is the best! Does such a great job on my DJ!!! Would not take him anywhere else.

I usually utilize the grooming services, but today I just needed to give my dog a good bath. I used one of the self wash stations they have set up, and it was wonderful. When I wash her at home, her 25lbs feels more like 100lbs when I'm trying to keep her in the tub. I end up soaked, my bathroom ends up soaked, and my dog doesn't seem all that clean because it's so hard to manage her. THE SELF WASH STATION WAS AMAZING! It was sooooo easy, quick, and painless for both me and the dog! 100% recommend!
