Absolutely my favorite take out in Arnold. Been going since I was a kid and they never disappoint. Price have gone up but honestly it’s worth every penny. Very friendly staff, my food is always screaming hot fresh and always right. Everything I’ve ever ordered has had a ton of flavor and it’s hard not to eat it all in one sitting. Portions are great, I usually get 2 meals out of each menu item and those take out containers are PACKED every time. Definitely worth a visit.

I have only ordered take out. But they are very nice & think it is so cool that they already know who we are and did after only one order. I have to admit we have quite a few orders in a very short AMT. Of time. As we just moved up north from about 40 mins. South and this is seriously the second or third Chinese restaurant that is actually really good & well made EVERY TIME!! SO A BIG TY FOR UR TIME AND HARD WORK TO CREATE AND DELIVER AMAZING FOOD EVERY SINGLE TIME WE HAVE ORDERED! YOU ARE APPRICIATED!!!

For a run of the mill looking Americanized Chinese place this was far better than most. I see a lot of compliments about the fried rice in other reviews but this rice was great. Individual grains and tasty. Does it look dark, sure, but that's probably the soy sauce they use. Food was hot, flavorful, and well made. If you are in the area I highly recommend this place.

This was our first visit to New China. The fast and friendly service and the awesome Garlic Chicken w/ Mixed Vegetables made for a great dinning experience.

Been going here for about 8 months now and never had a bad experience.
Having lived in the south and east coast, my wife and I think their Lo Mein is the best we've ever had, and their General Tso has never been soggy and is the perfect amount of spice for our pallets.
I went there one night and forgot to bring my debit card, but the gentleman working (sorry, I forgot your name!) allowed me to take my food home and in good faith let me call back and give my card information over the phone to charge me that way. I don't know better service than that.
If you're in South County don't bother with another Chinese restaurant.

Have gotten takeout twice so far and are always fast. It's not the usual type of fried rice we have gotten, but it is very good, and I prefer this place now.

Tried it here tonight and was not disappointed. The food was amazing my daughter said it best Chinese she ever had. Very fast and friendly service we will be back!

HIDDEN GEM: I randomly ordered the Chinese donuts for my picky kid to have something to eat and they were amazingly good. Soft, warm, just the right amount of sweetness, they wouldn't be out of place at any great bakery. Try dipping them in sweet and sour sauce for a great flavor combo. The cashew chicken and many other entrees are also good and a great value. I've always received fast and friendly service when picking up orders from New China. They also do delivery, but I haven't had a need to try that out yet. The food is always hot and fresh, and they've never complained about any reasonable substitutions or accepting any coupons. I'm not sure what else you could ask for in a grab and go Chinese restaurant.

Absolutely LOVE their food! We used to eat here all the time before we moved. We're visiting family, so we picked up lunch. Oh, how we've missed Empress Chicken.

Best chicken egg foo young I've ever had! Also had great vegetable Moo Shu. Efficient ordering online. Food was hot and fresh. Extremely nice staff.

I pass right by two closer Chinese restaurants in Jefferson County to go to New China regularly. The staff is friendly, the food is always ready in 15 min or less, and the food is a cut above your normal takeout Chinese restaurant. Big portions for the price.

The food is great, the people are great, and the general atmosphere in the store is wonderful. The owner almost always remembers your order, and the cashier girls are very sweet. I've been ordering here for the past 3 months and can't imagine ordering anywhere else now.

Can't say enough good things about this place...food is wonderful each and every time and they are super friendly. My girlfriend and I both agree that this is our go to spot for Chinese from now on. Thank you!
