I was forced to stay here due to a mechanical breakdown. Every single member of their staff was friendly courteous, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the front desk to housekeeping to the remodeling staff every single interaction was met with the professionalism one should expect from a business. I wish all hotels were run in this manner.

why was the staff rude when we had a vacation for a encounter ministry? not a bad room I had fun. my older son Carson was riding the elevator up and down. pls forgive my son Carson now or your dead chicken heads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not ever hurt my son Carson or you will get killed. do you understand? tv works. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location next to a good restaurant made getting dinner easy. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.

4TH year in a row staying here for the annual Shepherd Hills Celebration/Knife Show. Terrific place to stay, outstanding staff who are attentive and responsive, and heavy on the friendliness and personal touches! Entire hotel is clean and comfortable!

Kim, Aubrey and Bobby made us feel welcome. It was such a warm feeling actually seeing and talking with those who I spoke with on the phone. They made us feel like they really cared about our stay.

I was driving a rental truck from Chicago to Dallas and hit a thunderstorm east of Lebanon at 8pm 9/10/2022. After passing through that mess I decided i needed to rest for night. I saw the Hampton Inns sign off of I-44 so I exited and drove the quarter mile to the inn. I asked the evening manager Stephanie if there was any rooms available, and yes, so I took the cheapest one available - the AAA rate. The halls had new carpeting. The room was modern. Cleaned up and hit the bed. Woke up at 5:30am, packed, and headed downstairs for free breakfast - what a spread. Eggs, polish sausage, potatoes, juices, etc. plus a waffle iron for fresh waffles. Very nice. I then checked out at 6:15am and thought the manager had a twin sister. I asked her and she said no, the same Stephanie but with different uniform - she worked an all nighter. I was impressed with the Hampton Inn, the room, the breakfast, and the hotel staff.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Food was fresh and well stocked. Front desk clerk Aidan was friendly and got us checked in and out quickly. Great experience!

5 stars! I'm a Gold HH member. I have stayed at many Hamptons over the years. This is one of the best by far. It's both refreshing and impressive how well all the departments work together. I have no complaints. The night desk clerk was nice & welcoming. The breakfast attendent was friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless. Bed was comfy. Everything was in working order. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you ALL for your hard work and the pride you take in your work. It shows. Keep up the great work! See you again soon.

My wife and two sons stayed here for one night. The hotel was quite hospitable. We asked for an additional sheet and 3 additional covers and the staff was more than happy to help us out. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. First off it smells amazing when you enter. Its nice and open with a snack bar if you prefer to purchase some late night snacks. Our room was clean and big.

Breakfast was amazing. Any time we traveled in the past year not one hotel had a hot breakfast...most did nothing or had a muffin. The front desk attendant Bobby was truly a people lover, great conversation, made sure we were all cozy and full. Chatted with my children because he had little ones himself and made them feel comfortable. Definitely hit the jackpot here with price, cleanliness, friendly people and HOT breakfast. Would stay here again in a hearbeat.

Only downer would be the lack of pillows on the king size bed. I called room service and asked for a few more...waiting over 1.5 hours before falling asleep so not sure he he ever decided to come up. But I wouldn't subtract a star over that. It was still an amazing stay

Front desk, late check-in person, Andy was a hoot! Clean room, comfortable bed, and my wife enjoyed the workout room. Easy access off of the freeway but a little longer trip to get back on. The desk chair was broken and the shower was a drooler.. the room was overpriced for booking direct with the location. It was listed cheaper on the web @ $146 per night. We were charged $186 per night which is a little steep for Lebanon, Missouri and for what is there.

We use this hotel for our annual Black Hereford Cattle Sale. The rooms are clean and beds comfy, the staff is super helpful and welcoming, we like the lobby for a group meet up and that they offer breakfast. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel you can walk to as well.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times this summer. Nice hotel, clean rooms and lobby, good breakfast. Friendly staff

The young man at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. Genuinely kind and wanted to make the guests happy. The room didn't disappoint. Clean and comfortable. They still hosted a hot complimentary breakfast to boot! Many are not right now.

This was one of the finest and the most clean hotels I've been in for a long time. The desk clerk at check in was very professional, personable and very efficient.
The breakfasts and the free dinner on Tuesday were outstanding.
Upon checkout, the morning desk clerk was super. Check out was fast and she invited us back soon.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.

This Hotel is the cleanest I have been in awhile. The room was nice and the sheets did not smell moldy. My second morning they had problem with low staff but the employees all came together and tried to make breakfest for us all. Thank you to Marrissa who kept everything going smoothly. I truly enjoyed my stay. Will be back next year.

We stopped here over night on the way back to Wisconsin. Very clean, nice rooms, and great people at the front desk. Pool was nice with fresh towels also. The morning crew was working thier butts off to get that whole place sparkling. And they succeeded, I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel! Thank you Ladies for your hard work :)

It was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable the rooms were very well stocked. And the breakfast was great
