Walmart Supercenter

Bolivar SuperCenter. The best cashier ever, Caitlin! Very friendly, quick, bagged the groceries perfect. I went to the manager and told her how wonderful this nice young lady was. I believe in letting management know about the employee's.
The star rating at check out disappears too fast and usually when one has only had time to tap one star when I meant to tap five. Corporate needs to have their I.T. department make that quick fix.

Great place to shop, easy to get in and out. Well stocked and pretty clean store.

William (Lebanon Walmart) helped me today , went above and beyond to find a product I was looking for in cookware. He was stocking isle by toys and said let me look in back, he came back with what I was looking for and restocked the item that was empty on shelf. Very friendly and very helpful. Thank You I appreciated it very much!

Parking is difficult sometimes for the handicap which I am. And there was a lot of people to check out lines were long. But everything that I needed was there and I purchase. Besides that, the customer service was good..

Grocery Pick up-So far no horror stories of bad product being picked like other stores. I have had items missed twice by the pickers, and was charged, however when I called I was able to go back and pick it up.
The rest of the store is hit and miss on if items are in stock. Unsure if staffing issues and a person can only do so much with less man power, or if it is just under ordered, or if supply chain issue. Usually restocked in a day or two though.
Store is clean and staff are friendly, courteous folk. Lebanon's produce and meat are not as good as Waynesville imo on selection or freshness. But when ykyk and shop elsewhere ( like Aldi, Lol) or the farmer's market during season.

They are always friendly and fast. Very courteous and respectful of my car.

Was very busy, got what we needed with out any trouble. Cashier was very pleasant. In and out in good time.

Was clean and employee were helpful. Never enough registers open, but that's just how Walmart works lol

Stuff I need is typically easy to find. We shop here now and then. Not our home store.

Nice place as everything you could possibly want to buy the only thing is they don't have that many workers and the ones they do have are not friendly at all

They had everything I needed and I was in and out as quickest could be

5 stars for the store and selection of groceries available. The parking lot was large but for a travel trailer, there was no obvious area for the length. We parked with the tail-end of the trailer in the driving lane. The bathrooms were less than desired but showed signs of the upkeep necessary to say they were maintained. The staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy the environment -kodos to the management.

We have had the pleasure of several interactions with Frosty. He is always so joyful and happy. He goes above and beyond to be helpful in anyway he can! Can't say enough good things about this man!

The most well run Walmart I have ever seen! I drive a truck 48 states over the road. I go to Walmarts all over the country, because many have lots big enough for the truck and will still let us sleep there, and we need to shop. The employees here are motivated and helpful. The store is better stocked than I have seen in ages, it was like before COVID! Employees voluntarily helped me find things. They actually opened enough registers for the amount of customers chucking out. It was the craziest thing I've seen in years!

Lots of "stuff" from which to choose. Good sale prices on some refrigerated goods.

Walmart has always been my go to when im in need of plant-based food. Also has a larger variety of vegan food than any other grocery store in lebanon. Thank u walmart supercenter, because your food variety options are super!!.

Did a grocery order online & picked up since I threw my back out. Zack helped me & loaded everything into my truck for me. Efficient, friendly, & quick.

The 2 men in the auto department saved my day. I had a hole in my tire and was losing air pretty quickly. I had 3 hours left of my 10 hour drive when this happened, and they took care of me quickly and efficiently. Thank you both so much!!! Me and my girls appreciate it.

My dad went into this Walmart to purchase a 50” TV for his granddaughter house warming gift.. well while in the Electronic Dept, a male employee told him that he couldn’t purchase the TV he wanted because it’s for “Black Friday”… he leaves and another employee name Owen walked up and asked if we needed help, we hold her what happened so she went in the back and grabbed the TV my dad wanted.. so I wanted to give a shout out to Owen in Electronics!! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!
