Nelson Park

Me and my girls have fun there fishing can't believe they sold it no more kid fishing event next year

I brought my 91 year old friend fishing today.. So far no fish had a few bites.. Tracker marine bought the park- so it's no longer a park just a pond... They had to of bought it from the city? Didn't know they could sell a public park to an industry? I was in Kansas City when then happened. Im not even sure there is really anything in this pond to catch? The rivers around here isn't accessible for those in scooters. My friendS. Hasn't been fishing in year's! He is enjoying himself! Im hoping he catches a few today! If you have an elderly friend or family member that loves to fish but can't go on their own...Take a little bit of time and take them. It won't matter much to them if they don't catch anything- it will make their heart's merry to get out and relax their minds! By the way,It will do your heart and mind good as well!

Had a awesome time I'm taking my niece and nephew and there last night to fish in the pond and then talk to him today so they can play at the park I'm going to miss the place when it is gone

Great place to go & let your kids play. A really good place to sit & be quiet for a while.
Has a walking track too. My wife & I like to walk here.

Beautiful Place to relax and unwind from a stressful day. Take in the fresh smell and watch the frogs jump across the pond along the trail..

I like the old Nelson better, but the kinds love the ball fields and the nature trails are a good bonus

This is one of the best parks in the city of Lebanon, Mo and I am made that it is being taken out but I will always remember it.

All the park was very clean. The ball game feels was in very good shape.

The games were great...my little Huck played. The wind on the other hand was very cold!

Its a park with playground and a pond you can fish in restrooms not clean only caught small perch though good fun for the kids

Really appreciated the shade that is permanently in place at this field complex.
