I recently needed to add a line to my cell phone plan for our foreign exchange student we are hosting. Nick and Angel were extremely professional and helpful and got us taken care of and out the door in quick order. Could not recommend a better AT&T location.

I recently purchased an additional line from the store and the customer service was incredible. Nick helped me find the best phone for my situation and even offered to move me to a newer plan which saved me money. Will definitely go back for any future ATT needs

Last night I went to the AT&T store in Eureka looking for someone to install a new already purchased iPhone screen protector on my existing phone. I was helped by Sammi and she helped me by promptly putting the new screen protector on my phone. I was probably in the store less than 10 mins. We frequent this store exclusively and intend on keeping it that way due the such quick and friendly service. Five stars for Sammi!

Anthony was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. He also helped with getting my dad a new phone and answering his many questions. Really nice guy. Took a long time with us and made it a pleasant experience.

It was extremely busy in the store so I waited a bit. Then Dustin helped me - he was so polite, smiling and helped me with my concern. Then, he held the door for me as I was leaving! Such genuine customer service from a polite young man!
